Hey, guys! Check out our new website for more comic book content: www.comicbookjoint.com
I love how he drastically became more and more mad
Call out The Dylan well he IS the mad hatter!
And more and more hatter
NEVER!!!! DROP YOU ASS BANGER CHERRY pussy ain been POPP3DDDD
Mac Miller Trump Dillinger
And increasing his Obsession of his Alice gulp.
I think Mad Hatter is a very underrated and underutilized Villain. I love his Alice in Wonderland motif, and that combined with his mastery of mind control technology makes him a potentially terrifying enemy.
Another underrated enemy is the Ventriloquist and his dummy Scarface. He's such a unique concept for a villain. Though I guess it is kinda hard to make stories with him. And let's not forget pyromaniac, Firefly. He's also good.
Mad hatter is one dc villain that is not to be underestimated especially when it's comes of his obsession of his alice. Gulp.
Victor Perez It gets to the point where it’s kinda sorrowful.
Gotham’s adaptation of Mad Hatter is by far my favorite
By far
Gotham's adapted characters from riddler, hugo strange to mad hatter, Poison Ivy all are great.
SAME! Not to mention better looking
Mad Hatter seems to be turning into Abraham Lincoln...

well we dont know hoq smart detectives in 1966 are lol
I like the English sophisticated voice for the mad hatter, it stands out from the other villains. The range from soft spoken to anger and disgust almost BPD like in minutes done by Roddy McDowell in BTAS was sublime.
4:50 Alfred the badass
SuperKiobi13 nobody messes with Alfred, when he knows how to fight.
@@nathancruz9172 just ask injustice superman
SuperKiobi13 too far amte
he gets his own movie in teen titans go to the movies
@@doctorscarf8958 he's actually getting his own series in reality is called penyworth
Roddy McDowall will always be The Mad Hatter for me . He was phenomenal as the voice in Batman TAS and he was a delight to watch . I loved every episode with the Mad Hatter . RIP Roddy McDowall 😢.
” Twinkle Twinkle little bat. How i wonder what you’re at ! ’’
I like a soft spoken Mad Hatter, adding his fun little phrases. Something about it speaks to the Fairytale whimsical nature.
Agreed, I like the contrast to his dangerous nature.
Why does Mad hatter have a bit of Riddler and Joker in him?
Batman has a thing where he attracts criminally insane people who likes playing "games"
He was originally going to be their son
@@greenthatsit1808
wait riddler and joker's son?
the next guy yeah we was gonna be adopted and then raised by joker and riddler
@@greenthatsit1808
what!?
I think my favorite version's the one from Gotham
Same here pal
Mirna Orellana de salazar I would've liked seeing him and professor pyg in the movies
"Would not, could not. Could not join the dance!"
100% the best one by far
Great minds think alike
5:36 is my favorite mad hatter
Giovanni Guzman he is definitely the creepiest closest to the comic in personality if not the physical
@@HealthyObbsession eghg ok or
I love Roddy McDowell and Peter MacNicol from the Arkham games
The batman animated series one was my favorite character in the whole series
Down the rabbit hole we fall, where madness reigns from wall to wall.
Through the rhyming words we tumble, where minds shatter and psyches crumble.
I found Alice.
Roddy Mcdowell was great voicing the character.
Johnny Depp would be a strong candidate to play Mad Hatter in the movies!
Alberto Luís Pereira dos Santos not sure if he would play a pedophile
And he’s been loosing his touch these last few years in the acting department
Isn’t Tetch like really short? I get that trying to keep him as close to the comic book version isn’t realistic
I kinda want to see John Simm play him he’s brilliant at playing mad and darker characters
@@HealthyObbsession r/WOOSH
I can’t tell if this is a joke or not but he was mad hatter

Fun fact:The Mad Hatter that is obsessed with hats and hat gimmicks is actually a character known as the Impostor Mad Hatter.
The real Mad Hatter is the one that is obsessed with Alice In Wonderland.
I am guessing you were high when you made this?
@@dakotatrue12 no why? This is a real fact.
Look it up.
@@dakotatrue12 no, that is actually canon.
I like that fact to make the new Mad Hatter (from Gotham) similar to original from TV series '66
It's like the TV series version, but with more of the rapey tendencies of the modern comics version.
@@xanderm6090 Uhm, I'm not agree. I like his evilness but not the rapey tendencies. But yeah, is more evil than tv series, so.
@@xanderm6090 lmao he doesnt have rapey tendencies in Gotham.
4:40 you can totally hear him leaning from Mad Hatter to Medic
"Jervis Tetch" I don't think any Bat-villians in the original 60's series ever had their real names mentioned? (Oswald Cobblebot, Selina Kyle, Victor Fries, Eddie Nygma/Nash, ect;)
I think their mentioned The Penguin's name at one occasion
Ytrewq Wertyq They didn't actually
Or bookworm
Pretty sure they mentioned Victor Fries
@@funniman7112 No because this name was created in Batman TAS
I was extremely incredibly undeniably surprised, also blessed, to find out Roddy McDowall voiced the Mad Hatter.
We got the intelligent ape himself Cornelius and Peter Vincent, the amateur actor vampire killer.
That’s all I ever saw in him and his only two movies.
Honestly all the villains in Gotham rocked
Except Sophia.
I’m really a fan of the versions of Tetch from Bad Blood and Young Justice. They’re actually imposing and show how Mad Hatter can fit into modern comic settings
Benedict Samuel did a great job for Mad Hatter in Gotham.
Good moves Alfred. You've shown your hidden talent
The mustache guy is actually the imposter Jervis Tetch. He is more obsessed with hats than with Alice in wonderland
Arthur Teixeira It is still Mad Hatter
Yeah but it isn’t the real mad hatter so in the TAS it’s unexplained where the real mad hatter is or did they I honestly don’t know
@@mythicalplague1014 in Batman TAS they used the real one. At the time of the Batman live action show the comic where he was revealed to be an impostor hasn´t been written yet so in that universe there is no other version of mad hatter.
@@gameking8809 maybe but it still doesn’t explain he turns from a regular sized person in Batman TAS to a midget in Batman the new adventures
@@mythicalplague1014 that's just design change duh, he still have same voice actor
Penguin, Riddler, any villain with hat, in special Mad Hatter. 🎩
I love the Gotham version and the one from the arkham games too. I really hope that they will use him right in Batman 2022. He is a villain with so much potential when it comes to intelligence and crazyness. He is like Joker and Riddler in one person
He wasn't in Batman 2022
@@chrislab542 i know now, there were a lot of rumors that they would use Mad Hatter in this movie as well

5:25 The best mad hatter, Benedict Samuel. Only on Gotham.
0:42
Batman: Dammit, no again
Definitely got my respect for Mad Hatter in the first Batman Animated series with Roddy McDowall
7:37 FOLLOW FOLLOW FOLLOW
I personally the mad hatter from Gotham the most, same the penguin and the riddler.
btas really provided defining versions for these outside of the comics I think......instead of going back to joker all the time they should use other villains for the movies.
One of Batman’s most dangerous villains
Roddy McDowell was the perfect mad hatter voice.
Okay the first clip makes me laugh so much, it's so nostalgic to look at stuff like that, even though I was born in the 2000s. Something's just so appealing about old shows, the catch phrases and everything
Finally an evolution vid!!
I always love this caracter
Please do the Naimur evolution
Great video.... I personally have never liked the Mad Hatter with facial hair.
7:32 boi
Mad hatter was always very underrated
What Mad Hatter in previous batman movies in Tim Burton's Batverse movies,Joel Schumacher's Batverse movies and Christopher Nolan's Batverse movies
he never appeared in those
Roddy MacDowell, in perhaps his final performance.
Roddy McDowall was also the voice of snowball in pinky and the brain
That first scene was great classic good editing too
I love David Wayne to bits!
The Mad Hatter was a family-friendly replacement for Two-Face. That’s the reason for the legal angle and the two juries in his first appearance.
Well it's important to get the good angle of two face anyway.
Sometimes it feels like Mad Hatter is just a fairytale version of Scarecrow
or Joker Scarecrow hybrid under a Disney banner with a touch of Riddler
Thank you, this is video. And evolution of:
Kraven the hunter,
Ultra Humanite,
Gorilla Grodd,
and the Doom Patrol please
I liked the Mad Hatter in Batman with Roddy McDowell in the first Batman cartoon from the 90s
The Gotham one is the scariest in my humble opinion.
Mykel Mods Nerf "Isn't this a thrill? James Gordon and the woman he asked me to kill..". In other words, I agree. Gotham or Arkham series.
I love evolution videos
The Mad Hatter is seriously underated the dude can mind control pretty much anything with a brain
2:33 why he become old man?
It's amazing how giving him the proper motive and mannerisms transform him from E tier to B or A tier. Simply make him insane and obsessed with his Alice or revenge for batman taking his Alice away, make him rhyme and give him mind control abilities and you've got a good hatter.
Ghostface ( Scream ) evolution in all media.
In the comics he’s one of Batman’s only villains that can break the fourth wall and knows that he and everyone else around him are just characters in a comic book.
Wow, he took out Bane without having to pull out his tubes.
3:59 Big Jack Horner, is that you?
I love The Mad Hatter , the best versions are Gotham and BTAS in my opinion , captures the characters perfectly .
The version from Gotham is my favorite with the New Batman Adventures a close second. His character design looks so much more insane and twisted than the original, but the new Mad Hatter on Batwoman was pretty good hope we get to see more of him later on.
I really liked Roddy McDowall as the Mad Hatter in Batman the Animated Series I really liked the voice because McDowell gives Jervis Tetch this very whimsy voice I also liked how he gave him a slight British accent. But I didn't get the whole talking in rhyme gimmick in later seasons
Roddy McDowall as the Bookworm from Batman 1966
4:25 he is dubbed by the same man who dubb Medic in TF2
He was best in Bad Blood because he actually seemed like a real person
B:TAS and Gotham were the best ones
1:05 all the kings horses and all the kings men said
"Fuck him he's only an egg"
Great video showing one of Batman's most psychotic and dangerous villains. In Batman The Dark Knight vol 2, he killed literally hundreds of people at one time because they weren't acting out their parts right in his morbid fantasy play.
A very underrated Batman villain
4:17
Not usually a big Mad Hatter guy but any character is based when it's voiced by Robin Atkin Downes
Mad hatter is like the riddler, joker and alice in wonderland mixed together
I find it interesting that in the 1960s show Mad Hatter seems to be the only villain who real name of Jervis Tetch is mentioned and is addressed such, i don't recall Batman ever calling the Penguin Oswald Cobblepott for example, or Riddler as Edward Nygma.
I like the hatter in Gotham as his got an edge…
Madness is like a cliff as you don’t know if you’re on the ledge!
in a hundred years, Will there be other Villains with motifs themed around existing media. The Ghostbuster?
David Wayne, Peter MacNicol and Roddy McDowall are the best and terrifying Mad Hatters of Batman!
Awesome
Wow I can’t believe mad hatter had this many appearances. I would think he only had like 5. Boy was I wrong!
Mad Hatter has always been a very interesting character to me. He’s a genius man with the skills of hypnosis, and uses it for his insane obsession of Wonderland.
