Man, AK really is on fire. Like I am not seeing even a single player capable of reaching his calibur. He is just way too much to handle for any player. Like even Arslan Ash couldn't do anything against him. He wasn't even able to reset the match. I always knew AK had potential but never knew he would become one of the most dominating player in the world.
Sephi was my second match for this tourney and knocked me into loser’s bracket. The guy was so cool and respectful though that he didn’t even do a slide on me. I even got one perfect on him…. But that was the only round I got lol. I will forever root for that guy because of that
you see that last round, that's why you can't give a default win to someone because a random's controller suddenly connects

That's holding back before you fall but it only does on a specific fall not all...
If your char is about to fall when it's facing the ground. You can hold back to insta reverse it backward. Try it in practice.
R u new in tekken?
There are certain moves(usually combo enders), that allow you to "roll aka tech" out of it faster. Normally, if you don't do anything, you go down in a weird position(i.e. face down and toward) leading into a free hit by the opponent while you're on the ground. Rolling(hold back) those certain combo enders allows you to roll back and avoid the free hit/mixup.
You'll get a feel for this eventually on what moves result in these backroll opportunities.
