Thank you for taking the time to leave me a comment and your very kind words, my apologies for my delayed response. Firstly what you describe I can completely relate to and often in these situations it's best to look at the very basics first as these make a great difference when challenged and corrected. I would start at taking a look at your lifestyle first and what your diet is like, I wonder if your managing to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with a rich vitamin diet, if not possible support your diet with a good quality multi vitamin following a chat with a medical professional or even a quick chat with a pharmacist just to be sure that things are a good choice for you. I am a true believer in that our hair is an expression of our inner health so this step would benefit you greatly. Next, when you wash your hair, try to stay away from clarifying products which strip the hair or smoothing products which can taint finer hair and aim to use something nourishing and as natural as your budget allows and I say this as I know all to well how expensive these products can be. Try a matching conditioner also as these often support each other in the process of looking after the hair. It's not greatly important but it's something I have found assists in the process. Also I would suggest using an oil before or after you have washed and conditioned your hair, if your not going out and you don't mind your hair looking a little wet something like a spray leave in conditioner with coconut oil or castor oil would be great, these are often quite heavy for thin hair but take a moment to massage your scalp with these, it may even be better to do these before you wash your hair and leave it in for some time. Regular hair cuts is also something I would suggest as this makes the hair appear healthier and fresher in texture. Dead ends and old hair can make thin, dry hair look thinner and just not nice. This is just a start, and I hope this helps if you need anything else please let me know and I'll do my best to get back to you! Keep at it and I'm sure you'll have great hair...
