At 4:14 , you say that in IaaS the customer is responsible for the virtual network and VM's. However, at 5:48 you show on the diagram that the CSP is responsible for virtualization.

@PaulThombeni virtualization = hypervisor. Yes, the CSP is responsible. My words and the diagram are aligned and accurate.
