@@Atalino-hr6dw All good. I have a mod menu n all so like I can make them myself, but cuckstar patched the method we used to add insurance/save the cars in our garages.
I have some modded stuff, but I made those before the menu added custom plates so no Yanktons. Kinda drivin me nuts that I have literal cheats, and rockstar is still fkn me over.
Like bro I dont even need money I just wanna make cool cars -_- they alr deleted one character on PS4 and I regrinded (duped) my way back up but my collection was HUGE Ill never get some of the modded vehicles I had back man :/

Nobody. I would be glad to help if I knew any but there is one that might work. Frozen money glitch. If you have over 10M I think you can buy anything you want but as soon as you buy it turn off your Xbox/Playstation/PC buy cutting off the power that should then make you have the item you bought but no money spent.
