@@dekbrisbane7294 He apparently doesn't like how you are with him, _which is _*_always the fault of the dog owner!_* You are making him suffer and you need to find out the reason for that.
Here is my advice:
1. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER HIT YOUR DOG!. NEVER! Whatever he did wrong is always _your fault!_
2. MAKE SURE HIS FOOD AGREES WITH HIM. Cheap dogfood gives them gas and makes them cranky. Find one he likes. Or make your own dog food. He's worth it.
3. DO NOT EVER lock him out in the backyard by himself for more than he wants to be out. Let him back in when he wants to come back in. DO NOT IGNORE HIM!
4. PLAT with him _gently._ Dogs love love love to play!
5. IF ALL ELSE FAILS, enroll him to dog training classes at the local PetSmart or other reputable pet stores where they do classes for dogs and even a separate class for problem dogs. _*Understand that most likely YOU are the problem! He is another species and cannot speak Human. Do you speak Dog? At Petsmart or other pet stores, they have classes that are free or for a small fee where they actually train YOU how to behave with your dog. Seriously. Do that now!
Griffin is a very good boi. He didn’t shout @ the vet. Haru was so happy when you all returned home. Daddy & Mom have trained both doggies to mind & have good manners! I love them!💙💗

Griffin was such a good boy for the vet! If anyone was curious, I suspect what they were doing was fluorescein staining. This is used to detect corneal tears and abrasions, such as Griffin has. The tear will be visible with the stain under special lighting. (I am a nurse and we use the same technique in hoomans.) I hope Griffin recovers soon! He and Haru are such nice potatoes.
