  • In this video I remove the 6.0 engine from the super duty chassis. We will be installing arp head studs and o-ringed heads in order to handle all of the power we will be throwing at it. Stay tuned, as we get this motor torn down and put back together!!

Just letting you know your video helped me out tremendously my 03 6.0 put a rod threw the block behind the A/C shop wanted $3000 to just swap the engines after seeing your video and realizing I didn’t have to remove the cab was a life saver thank you 🙏🏼

Great video I’m looking at doing a Ford F350 lariat with a 6.0 power stroke engine has 468.000km on it so I’m sure it will need to be rebuilt very soon.

Getting ready to pull my 6.0. I see you used both eyelets with chains. Did you have any trouble getting to the back one when pulling the engine? I'm afraid it might break the hood cowling

Great job man! So I’m ready to lift out my motor now. As far as transmission did you have to jack it up a bit when pulling engine out?

    Great job
I have diesel fuel leaking into my coolant
Either a cracked head or injection cup
Seems like the cost is almost as much as having mechanic replace the motor
    I live in Florida
Up in PA the fuel is contaminating the coolant blowing the degas off drove 50 miles without the knowing the cap off
Any tips on a quick fix
I've been draining the coolant adding water back
Thinking of selling as is bc I can't fix it.
    It still runs fine
But I feel a ticking time 💣 😔 we're old retired and live in our camper home base Florida
    Any suggestions thank 6.0 ugh
    Any tips or

You’ll need to in order to get to each of the nuts on the torque converter, there’s 6 of them
