INA!!! Firstly, thank you SO much for inviting me to participate, this was SO much FUN! I LOVE this piece and now I want to go to my grandkids house and collect up all their little bits of toys and such! You might be interested in this... While I was in NC I was told about a "Creative Reuse Center" for artists. It was a scrap store on steroids! It had all sorts of bits of junk that most would toss. I was reading about them online and they have kept millions of tons of garbage out of landfills by having these stores. There happens to be one in my area too and I can't wait to visit it! Thank you again for doing this collaboration! 💚

Excellent "upcycling" - I have a grassroots art/recycle business called Upcycled Hippie where I upcycle plastic, glass, old pieces of wood which would otherwise be thrown out and other stuff/junk that can be turned into a piece of art, and hopefully a functional piece as well. This assemblage is so cool! I love it, and it has given me some great inspiration, too.

It`s all down to your own imagination. With a piece like that there are a lot f stories you could come up with. So cleverly made, specially the moving parts and the hidden words. Brilliant piece Ina.....again.

OK, I'm back now after watching all the rest of the videos. Ina - I can't thank you enough for putting this together. I'm totally shaken by how different each artist's project was. My world of what is possible has been blown open in the best possible way. The different personal styles of each artist was also a very powerful lesson to me - everyone is different. Many attitudes are possible. There is no one or two "right" ways. These are thoughts and feelings I struggle with and it was very important to me to see so many different projects modeled - literally, the artists modeling their process for me. My mind is now whirling delightfully with all these new ideas and possibilities. Wow. Thank you, thank you.

And yes,yes to all your meanderings. With these type of projects .the outcome is unpredictable and unique and true to yourself as there are no rules or rights. I dabbled in many art forms,but more and more I like the freedom of material and design that's dictated by nothing else but my own creativity. Junk fits so well into that category. LOL
