this whole project is a lil silly, but what is the point of having the skills to sew if you can’t make silly things 😌😌

Idc if you say that this is such a stupid idea but I think that making a pasta top take so much patience and creativity, absolutely love this idea
There was this very popular cabaret-like show broadcasting in Italy in the late 90s on every Sunday, where at some point a guy used to "sew" dresses with uncommon/unusual stuff (most of the time out of cutlery, plastic dishes and bottles, etc) and one time he made a couple of evening dresses out of batches of pasta. I was just a kid at the time but I can still remember vividly after all these years how incredible the outcome was.

I love these because it’s like project runway but only focused on one designer. I hope you take on more weird projects.

I REALLY appreciate the fact that the food didn't go to waste. So many other content creators are so wasteful. They'll spends thousands of dollars on disposable items that they destroy for views. What you did really makes a difference, and it does matter. Thank you!

I think following through on the silliest of ideas teaches us a lot of valuable information about projects/ideas that we want to try out. Also, those are some happy chickens, getting a bunch of pasta dinners!

Great effort! I think pasta as chicken feed is fantastic... and also - I think a different color pasta might make cute arm cuffs if you ever want to do this again. :)
I love these crazy idea videos you do; I never know the characters you're doing with cosplay stuff and it can be kinda hard for me to really be invested enough to see how it turns out but these unhinged dresses are always an instant click. I also think it really gets to show off your creative problem solving skills.

If you wanna try uncooked, how about scale mail macaroni shirt? You already know the principal from your copper pennies dress! Although maybe a crochet top with macaroni links or beading would be more practical

It's so cool that the pasta wasn't wasted. Kinda thought it would inevitably be tossed, but I'm glad that could be avoided.
Speaking as a noob to your channel, I salute the effort you put into satisfying your curiosity. Diligence is a virtue.
I enjoy my pasta dishes but never crossed my mind to use it as clothing material. This may sound a bit strange but if you want to continue with the food theme for an adhesive, possibly some sort of thick cheese could have worked. I would wonder if something like lasagna would have the strength but maybe not the most flexible or easy to handle. The width of it would probably also serve better for shorts instead of a top.

As it reminds me of the dream I had this morning!
I was weaving an 1800 butt bustle using what appeared to be old woven basket material the (flat straw type) and then I was attaching to that a tule skirt, in the dream I'm running artificial flowers through the holes of the tule to create a long train of flowers,
it looked like a basket of flowers spilling out behind me!
And it was simply lovely!
my dream was so kind as to give me a drone shot of what it looked like from above while running through a grassy meadow if I had resources and time I would make that dream into a RUclips video like this! 😂
interesting i would have done dried hollow pasta and sewn them up like rigatoni i think that would be more doable and you could then even paint them but then again that i believe has been done as art piece so nice to see different style done
