Mowing my ELDERLY CUSTOMERS lawn for FREE

- This is one of my customers yards that I have been mowing for about 3 years, she is an elderly woman that lives in another state. I’ve never met her in person but have spoke to her on the phone several times. She normally just sends me a check every month even thru winter, well the checks stopped coming months ago and no answer on her phone, actually she has never answered her phone, I know her health has been very bad over this last year. Hopefully she is ok, and I hear something from her before this yard gets way out of control again. This one grows very fast and is one of the taller ones right now since the lawn season just started. As you can see from some of the other yards that are all Bermuda haven’t even started growing yet.
It’s been a long winter and it’s nice to be out mowing again.

Thank you, but I’m not sure if I should even use the catcher much anymore. It doesn’t seem to be hurting any of the other channels sub counts, I’ve actually lost subs since I put this last video out. Think I’m gonna start looking for shorter yards, that need lots of edging like sb mowing does.

I can’t believe people would remove their sub from your channel for no apparent reason. People can be fickle.
I sub to Spencer’s SB Mowing also, and I agree, he does a great deal of edging in yards. I firmly believe that when you consistently put out your good videos, subs will return.
In all honesty, I’ve only removed my sub from one channel, and that was only after the fellow blasted me for commenting about maybe he should have trimmed the highly overgrown bushes in front of the windows, since they detracted from his work and the property.
His channel was quite new, only a few weeks at that point, and I wanted to support his efforts by subscribing and commenting. However, when he said what he did in his response to me, I said, nope, and unsubscribed. His work, although he did a great deal of it, it wasn’t very polished. I thought, perhaps with a little more time it might become such. Well, I guess I’ll never know the answer to that, will I?
As an older retiree who has done yards for 48 years, including as recently as 4 years ago, besides still maintaining my own, I have a pretty good idea of what constitutes a beautiful yard.
I know you accomplish this with all your yards, so kudos to you!

Thank you Stacey, crazy thing is the next day after I posted this, a check and a letter came in the mail. She is ok, but not really in good health. I will just have to give her this mowing free and apply that money towards the next mowings.

Nice to see your videos again. Up here in Minnesota we got hit with a bad storm and some towns got nailed with over 10 inches of snow. He got maybe 3 inches where I live. It's been a long snowy winter.

I finally heard from her a couple days after posting video. I’m gonna give her this mowing free and I was on the way to go spray the yard and kill all those weeds, and my truck broke down. Hopefully back to making some videos next week.

Perhaps you might mail your concerns to her house addres which likely is being redirected where she's been staying for however many months. Someone could be caring for her and receive snailmail and reply back about future lawn care and how she is doing. Fingers crossed she will be getting along pretty good and thank you for your job well done...and past video too.

I feel bad for that great Pyrenees next-door, those dogs are used for guardian dogs on Homestead’s, and they need lots of property to roam, and that poor thing is stuck in a little tiny yard 😞

Everything that was green is dead now, I sprayed roundup to kill everything, right before Bermuda grass started growing.

I’m not sure where all the channels are at. There might be one close to you now, seems to be a few channels now, wish I were close. It’s hard to find people that are okay with it sometimes
I could really use some help ,I'm in dire need of lawn care to the detriment of raising my Neighbors eyebrows, I really don't need the HOA on my back too😢😮😢
LOL every lawn channel is starting to put the word “Free” in their video title. I guess it’s just a good way to get people to click on their video and get views and make comments. One person did it and then all the all channels started copying that person lol
I’ve seen one channel say they did a free cleanup for an old man, cinder block in front of front door, and boarded up windows. Obviously abandoned home. Surprisingly nobody seemed to notice. One of the highest subbed lawn channels btw. Yeah if I do a job for free I am certainly allowed to use that word if I want.
You could run a herd of sheep on that front lawn, geez. Why is the other side DEAD LOOKING? The neighborhood looks like dead lawns too, obviously this home has a sprinkler water service
The dead looking grass is Bermuda. It goes dormant over the winter, that’s why I haven’t been uploading lately, it is just now starting to grow. This yard I’m doing is all weeds that just started growing 2-3 weeks ago. More videos coming soon.
