Shoveling curbs and trimming trees is always a fine touch on these properties. I know that it's not always easy to do. I really enjoy your videos and look forward to more as the season opens up.
The shoveling is the worst part, gotta hand it to spencer with sb mowing. I don’t think my back could handle a full corner lot like this. He’s about my sons age.

@@PLS.54 I did a corner lot with a sidewalk in one of my videos when it was decently cool out. Dehydrated and major back pain afterwards, and I don’t have back issues. I doubt he’ll still be doing them in 20 years.
@@joshslawnservice I believe that! I could go all day when I was young. Now, I’m only good for about 2-4 hours. But I guess that’s not too bad for 68, and a bad hip. 😆

The fact that cities, townships, etc, allow this to happen is inexcusable. People pay a lot of money in taxes to have codes and ordinances enforced. The neighbors are just as useless as well. I'm glad there are people like this man still left in the world.
Just why do you think the neighbors are responsible?????? You do realize that if you go on someone's property it is trespassing. In today's world, why take that chance. If you break or damage something, or get hurt YOU are responsible. And how long are you going to do lawn service for them????

Hello Josh. Glad to see a new video. By the way, I have seen a tool that you may change out your weed whacker head to a cylinder like wire brush. Works wonders on a hard surface as asphalt and concrete. Check that out. Help with debris.
You talking about that tool Fill has? It looks very useful for some of the cleanups I do, I think I may get one sometime. That multiple tool options would be very useful.

It's definitely been a minute for lawn care! Is this house even occupied? Looks empty from porch appearance and vines climbing up house sides.....Great sweat equity on this beast lawn. Job well done. I wish more neighbors would reach out in their community to help others. This home really could be glorious with more TLC.

If water is available, wet those curbs and it’s easier to remove the overgrown grass. Cuts the time in half.

Great job Josh! Those edges were a nightmare, I felt sorry for your back, but you persevered! I would suggest moving the garbage/recycling bins on the drive way and mow that area, as well as the wood to make it neat, maybe you did, or maybe the owner said not to? Lastly, constructive criticism, keep the camera closer to you. I've always championed your videos, and want you to succeed!

Great job may I suggest you try using a sharp apade instead of a square mouth shovel that is designed for picking up rubbish rather than digging.,
Otherwise 10 out of 10 for well done job.
