It's actually called a Schottice or Chatese or Chotise polka. So many interpretations but I can verify this is the correct music of the absolute classic.
I have a piece of sheet music, old photocopy that I got in Chicago - very similar notes titled "Schottis, efter Erik Olsson". When I googled that title, nothing came up. I can't read the Swedish text above it.

Yea in Mexico its called chotiz and the musical dance and style was brought by Europea immigrants to northern Mexico around the mid 1800s

That’s swedish, not scottish. That’s a swedish traditional.
