Il "Cha Cha Cha" è una danza relativamente semplice da apprendere, ma i passi di base sono leggermente più complicati di quelli di altre danze. Il ritmo che viene contato durante l'esecuzione dei passi è: "due-tre-cha cha cha".

Ladys, Im not a mambo expert, but Im gonna give you some advice.
First, you're making the dance look as if your shoes are heavy. Almost attached to the floor. Bending more the knee is need it.
Second, although I notice you use a 2 inch heel, when we latin dance we barely touch the floor with the heel. In other words we dance more with the tip of the shoes and slow the heel down preventing the heel from touching ground. To give a nice soft touch.
Use more the tip, like if your heels are taller than 2 inches. *Because when dancing your feet are touching the floor flat. Means, tip and heels touch floor at the same time.
Third, more hip swing. For that you only need to feel the beat of the music.
Forth, combine the hip swing with a bit of up and down shoulder movement. But the movement comes more from the waist. The waist moves the shoulders. Hope that helps.
Fifth, I think that dance older than me, uses a bit of a jump in some part. A happy jump.
Six, believe you have the curviest body. That helps.
Seventh, at the end not sure but think is more of a slide. Like if you were a smooth cat. With sudden sharpness or smoothness, but with a semi sliding effect with the foot. Not like an excersice class.
Hope that helps.
*Another thing, not lazy arms, constant movement.
