hi i have tried this. it works flawlessly. but it does not work on multiple clients.. what is the procedure to connect multiple clients. kindly help . Thank you.. Great work!!!
@@marcelgossner8540 I had to use a USB dongle with ethernet for this to work correctly. For some reason the program didn't like my built in ethernet card.
@@goku25jasongohan23 Thanks for the answer. I also found out about it yesterday. I installed a different network adapter and it worked. Then I uninstalled and deleted the driver for the OneBoard adapter twice so that an old driver was installed and it works with that one too. So it must be a driver problem.
I have two routers, one ac88u (PPPOE+DHCP) wan to pfsense (DHCP) pfsense lan to switch device, wireguard pc on pfsense lan area, do port forwarding twice, I use my mobile phone 5G to simulate outdoor connection, but it has not been able to Normal access to the network seems to be a problem with multi-layer port forwarding. I have tried to consult various information and tried many times, but still cannot solve it.
Mostly good video, but after installing the sharing for my ethernet, my PC connection is lost when I activate my Wireguard. I put the client on my android and it connects but again, whether I connect wireguard in windows or not, as soon as connected I lose my internet on my PC. I need more explanations on what to use for Allowed IPs and Addresses so I can figure this out. It's very confusing.
Not that I know of. If you want to make a server a fallback, the easiest solution I can think of is to just have two profiles. But if you really want to only use one profile, you can have another server that is always online that acts as the gateway, and that gateway can check which server is up and redirect you to that server, althought I don't know exactly how to do it. Like what software to use.
When I start the server, it creates the network adapter, but then it disappears and it says that it was unable to configure and then deactivates it. Can you help me?
same thing. It never will activate for me. i wish someone would make a video 30 min long of deep dive into all things about this with trouble shooting.
Try using "AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/0, ::/0" or "AllowedIPs = 0.0.0.0/1, 128.0.0.0/1" in the client configuration file to connect to the server. In my case, it worked, and I could connect to the Internet with tunneled traffic through my server.
If you have done everything according to the instructions and your connection still does not work, then most likely your provider provides you with Internet access through its local router and gave you a so-called "gray" or "private" ip address. In this case, it will be impossible to connect to your computer from the external Internet, because the provider blocks port forwarding on its router by default. In this scenario, you have ways to solve the problem: 1) Buying a "white" or "public" ip address allocation service from your provider, usually this service costs a couple of dollars per month. 2) Purchase a VPS/VDS server with a dedicated public IP address and configure your wireguard on this remote server.
Não funciona!!! coloqueio o meu telefone como cliente e não funcionou !! Não tenho IP estatico , ele é sempre dinamico! Não sei onde foi buscar o ip 192.168.100.1 , configurou como assim?
Maybe your firewalls settings are blocking the ports and you didn’t port forward correctly or your public ip address was put wrong. Double check those two things
Any help would be greately appreciated. I am connected to my university internet I tried to connect through my phone on data roaming but still nothing.
does this tutorial means that you have to create/edit connections every time you change of router ? Im saying this because at 3:32 you show your public IP address, but when you connect to another router it changes, right ? Please anyone respond and thank you !

Sim, mas você precisa de ter um ip ipv4 válido e abrir a porta no roteador e no windows

try using a travel router such as GL iNet where you can configure wireguard client and be shared with all connected devices

I configured the server and client as u said but on the client side when I activate the wireguard it is not handshaking. Pls tell why?
Is it possible to setup two servers with the same configuration? eg. in case of one server's down, the other takes action.

You have to setup the IP adress of the sever to a different IP from the one that's on the main NIC you use

Is it possible to run this as a service, if it isn't by default already? I want to be able to use this before windows login, Is this possible?

Bagaimana cara sewa pport wireguard
The IP of the vpn server is .105 or .1 ?
.105 is for the Physical Network Card, 1 is for the WG Virtual Network Card.
I installed the wireguard according to the steps in the video but I couldn't ping, can you help me?
Maybe your firewalls settings are blocking the ports and you didn’t port forward correctly or your public ip address was put wrong. Double check those two things
Possible without public Ip??
No. When your in a remote network you need to look for the VPN. And so you need a public IP
I have done everything as shown in the video and I'm still not able to connect to the server.
Any help would be greately appreciated. I am connected to my university internet I tried to connect through my phone on data roaming but still nothing.
why u can use indonesian language ?
This is an ephemeral concept, it will not work in practice
