    I am not sure but the imax b6 (charging device) has some limits for charging and discharging. It only works between 3.1v to 4.1v. I am not sure but i think these batteries could be charge to 4.2v and discharge to 3v without big damage. If i wrong please correct me

    does these batteries corrode, Can i place fenix one inside of flashlight always?

    • @xiaoliang1986
      @xiaoliang1986  2 года назад +1

      Don’t leave 100% full charge inside the flashlight. I have no issue leave like 80 or 70% batteries inside the flashlight.

      I am a less frequent user and only sometimes it get used frequently, will there be any consequences of storing the battery for long periods in the flashlight itself and use it less frequently.(Any other than charge depletion)

    • @xiaoliang1986
      @xiaoliang1986  2 года назад +1

      @@ashwinjoshy5906 in this case I will just take the battery out of the flashlight, and put the battery when you use it to avoid damage the flashlight.

    Thanks Man for your video, can i ask what do you recommend for flashlight with one push strobe with 21700 battery or 26650?

    • @xiaoliang1986
      @xiaoliang1986  3 года назад +1

      Hello, I don't have 26650 battery flash light. Most flash light don't have one push strobe function as far as I know. A lot of them take 1 or 2 steps to get to strobe.

    • @flashlightnoob
      @flashlightnoob 3 года назад +2

      You can buy Nitecore P or Fenix TK series as they are has dedicated strobe button.

      @@ashwinjoshy5906 Hi, most of flashlight no problem with fenix battery, just make sure your flashlight is compatible with protected/unprotected battery. Major brand battery use protected cell, the size is lil bit bigger than common battery.

    • @flashlightnoob
      @flashlightnoob 2 года назад +1

      @@ashwinjoshy5906 Lithium-ion battery doesn't corrodes, but for a safety reason always put unused battery on special container or loose the cap of your flashlight so the voltage doesn't drop.
