- A recipe for a classic dessert that we all love. Originally from Turkey, this delicacy has become an indispensable part of domestic tables over time. The secret of well-prepared parties is that the dough is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The prepared dough is squeezed out with the help of a special syringe (mold), after which the cakes got their name (tulumba literally means pump).

4 tablespoons sugar
700 ml of oil

700 ml of water
1 kg of crystal sugar
1 lemon
