Yes really helps to know there are many others around the world doing these same exercises . Thanku for these integration movements that you can’t find anywhere else online or with any other physiotherapists. - all these years I have been doing isometrics and taping with physiotherapists but have been focused on one area at a time and like you said that’s not good enuf for our hyper mobile bodies we need your integrated movement exercises ❤🙏
Thank you so much for this, Jeannie. I've found my way here via your Short on walking downhill. My right knee started hyperextending before Christmas (it's now April!) and I'm back using a stick after several years without it. These exercises are going to be incredibly useful. As always, your advice and exercises are invaluable x
Thank you, I had my kneecaps removed in my 20s and I'm 62 now. My right knee has started locking . MRI shows no damage to ligaments but I have a lot of pain in knees. Dr Fraser Burling here in NZ recommended your exercises and I've just started today. When I feel pain I'm backing off as you suggest.❣️
I have a question I'm hoping you can answer: Is it safe to walk while having a subluxed knee? How about biking with a subluxed knee? What happened was I set my accordion on my lap, on my right leg and the weight of it caused subluxation in my right knee and it's been like this for 4 days. It pops all the time. I don't know how to get it back to normal. I've been so scared and don't know what to do. I have EDS. It's my knee that goes more inward than the other knee (knock knees).
@@JeannieDiBonHypermobility thank you. I was able to see my PT today. she said it's not subluxed. How many times a day should I do your excersizes in this video?

Can you see a physio to help you? They normally slide back in. But best to get help if you are worried or in pain.

Is this excersize safe to do while my knee is subluxed? thank you
I wouldn’t be doing any exercise if it’s subluxed. It needs to be in alignment.
