You can apply Aveeno eczema therapy cream - it is available on Amazon.
It is expensive but good.
Get 1 tube and use for both - see if it helps then continue.
Use virgin coconut oil all over body at night and Aveeno in the morning.
Stop using all cleansers unless necessary - Use plain water for bath.
