This was one of the very first soul line dances that I was taught back in 1999 while taking classes with Marck "Flaco" Best here in Philly with The Mt. Airy Learning Tree, and here I am 20 years later relearning The Baltimore (formerly The NJ Strut), and with the help of the teachers extraordinaire KennyJ (Johnson)and Lucia Jones , making the fast steps a bit easier to do.
Greally great tutorial. Key is to break it up, keep REPEATING the steps, call it...and in no time it's habit! I liked this one because it got the blood running!
