Nose Bleed:
Causes:
• Picking the nose often
• Blowing the nose too hard
• Pushing a foreign object in the nose
• High humidity
• Extreme temperatures
• Playing in hot sun
• Upper respiratory infections
• Allergies
• Dry mucus membranes
Natural home remedy using onion:
1. Take an onion slice
2. Press it under the child's nose
• Onion is a good clotting agent
Natural home remedy using ice:
1.Take a clean piece of cloth
2. Wrap a few ice cubes in it
3. Child should be seated in upright position
4. Head should be tilted forward
5. Hold the ice pack on the nose for 5 min
Natural home remedy:
1. Pinch the part of the nose below the bony bridge
2. Press gently for 5 min
3. Release the pressure
4. It's normal if the child feels a tingling sensation
5. It's just the blood rushing back
Tips:
• Don't clean the child's nose after the bleeding stops as this will
remove the clots
• Do not make your child lie down or throw his head backwards
• The child should lean forward
• Ensure that you trim your child's finger nails regularly
• Teach your kids not to put their fingers or pen, pencils in the nose

thank you for the information, Homeveda. i am 47 and have suffered from nose bleed all my life but not constantly. i have always tried to stop them long term by myself. my first bad bleed came when i was 5. it scared me to bits and my parents did not respond. flash to 2014: my best remedies for no bleeds are keep blood pressure down; keep core body temp. down; vitamin K is important;(Vitamin K keeps the cell walls of blood vessels strong) if a bleed occurs, head down and chill the skull especially the back of the neck. vasoconstriction is what we are looking for. keeping the head down decreases the clotting and cleaning out later and, i vomit if i have blood in my stomach. cool weather, vit. K, vasoconstriction are your best friends if you have nose bleeds. my assessment. we all have special conditions. you might need something more.

Hi everyone...I wanted to ask for EFFECTIVE dark circles remedies. .though I've tried couple of known remedies like potato slices and cucumber and vitamin c and I also got a before bed serum from the body shop and it didn't do anything literally! !!!
