Anyone in Australia know of a church such as a Calvary Chapel or John MacAurthur's church in South East Queensland??? I'm on the Sunni coast, and my sister and I want to be baptised ASAP, but the church I frequent is Presbyterian. They want to "do a sprinkling," but I want to have peace that I was obedient to what I read in the Bible. The weekly home group/study I go to are Baptists, but not all of them are baptised, and I think they thought I was guilt-tripping them by asking the group leader if he could baptise me in his pool, after thinking of who could do it, for weeks. He said he would have to check with his pastor, first (I don't go to their church, because I found it too irreverent around the Lord's table and prayers). I went home and balled my eyes out. I don't know why it's so hard.
Uncanny that this is your scripture for today. This was the same passage we covered at Bible study last week (also an uncanny surprise for me).

I’ll pray you find a solid bible church, or at least a solid group of believing friends so you can all encourage one another. I applaud your desire to be obedient to the Lord and wanting to get baptized.
I did a quick search for Calvary chapel Queensland, and found a CC in Brisbane. Is that anywhere close for you?

Thank you so very much for that! I didn't think it was a denomination we had in Australia. I will look them up right now. xo

The Ethiopian Eunuch was rejected from entering the church, eunuchs were rejected mainly because they were castrated, men. Do we reject eunuchs today? Sometimes we need to look more at the minor person, to understand his or her life so we can understand, in this case, what Philip is trying to say or teach.
Do I have to be baptized to have the Holy Spirit in me?? I’m a believer and also the idea of evangelizing is VERY scary because I was always this little cockroach who scared to say a word to a stranger let a lone the GOSPEL 😔
