I have this trimmer and the onyx. Off the bat the onyx is super powerful and the ez gap is nice but i feel like the gold one removes bulk better. Definitely worth the 110+ez gap
I cant get with the blade...so i slapped my andis blade on it and its decent, just still doesnt hit like my Sabers or Flex. I believe if the rpm was higher, like right at 7500rpm with the blade, it would be perfect.
Yea, I'm gonna wait for the onyx trimmer review. Thanks for the info tho concise, looks like that new technology will work for a lot of people. 👍

They have an ez gap ceramic blade available now, has anyone have any experience using it? If so does it hit?
Are there any guards for the babyliss fxone fx799?
Yes
That zero gap mechanism is awesome

This trimmer is great for self grooming. The Babyliss trimmer guards also fit it which is a plus.
yes ...thats true
I have this trimmer but it doesn’t work for me to mark the contours or make designs, it’s as if the blade didn’t cut the hair, will this be better?
