The one thing we cannot do, is plug in microphone in one unit and have the audio heard through both speakers at the same time.... Wondering if there would also ever be the possibility of a software upgrade to allow the unit to be controlled via an App?

Hello. Last year, On May 4th, 2023, l unplugged my PB-100, From the outlet, ln my Apt. I thought, The power on the Speaker was gonna last 3-4 hours or more. But, lt ran out of power, About 45 mins - 1 hour. The Star Wars - Show, We were putting-on, That night, was cut, Short. :T l was wondering, lf someone, Here, could tell me, If there's a Portable-Battery or Portable-Generator, l could use, So, l can use my PB-100, For, At least, 6-8 hours? Please, Reply, Soon. Thank you!
I will answer my own question because as i chat with JBL techs, they just want to replace my speaker, but the problem is the charging wire of JBL is not shielded enough and it releases this signal that the high end microphone picks up, so for the quick fix, don't charge while using karaoke, if you can stand the minor buzz while charging, it mostly only occur when you're not using the microphone- i mean if you remove the Mic from the Cord to change another type of Mic ( i have many types and brand of Microphones). And also if you can buy a high end charging cord might fix it or a super highend Microphone cord that has very good shielding. I hope JBL/Harmon Kardon will address this issue to their Sound Engineers and shield these parts that needs shielding. I Fix my issue for not charging in while singing.

@@MARBOOMUSIC i just got pb100 and I can see what you mean. Its not totally out of sync ,but it kinda syncs to random things in songs and not always to the main beat/melody. It’s definitely a bit off.
Contact the JBL site if you live within the US they're willing to replace it with new, but you have to follow first what steps procedures to determine whats wrong. maybe defective charging cord.
Give us the option to turn off audio feedback sounds, they're annoyingly loud for indoor usage! I don't understand why ruin a $300 great sounding product with such an annoying feature. Make the option available on ALL your products!

try it first ! buy it & bring it home then return it if you're not satisfied, i owned high end speakers, and i approved this JBL Partybox 100 when it comes to BASS i am impressed! it competes with my subwoofer that is attached to my 7.1 system. And i even tested it inside my Cars, and the BASS competes or beat one of my high end car sound systems. I bought and couple of Cheaper brand in which im not going to mention that has 12 inches Woofers and tweeter and has wheels ( trolley type speakers) which also claims 2000 Watts PMPO. They're so loud but its like a noise and tiny bass, the woofer are not even moving when im playing bass music. So, its not the size of speakers, even a the JBL BoomBox's 4 inches drivers produce an impressive bass ( go to nearest Best Buy and Target and try it) Even the JBL Flip 5's 1.73 inches ( 44mm) Driver can put out an impressive bass for its size and price point.
First it's 2* 5.25" woofers. Second, the bass this thing puts out is just amazing. I think you have never heard one before, so stop saying it's weak :)
