    Rentals less than one month violate the Hotel Act. You can still rent monthly on AirBnB or directly. This protects hotels, but also makes condo living better. People renting for a few days tend to have a hotel mindset, have parties, be louder… long term residents are more respectful.

    Hey Coop 🍺 Katalina resort opposite Rompho market does monthly rentals , price includes water and electricity, very convenient location , 711 is virtually next door

    The management of a condo unit should be able to register with Airbnb, Bookings, etc and then dictate what is allowed and not allowed (ie short term rentals)…. Then when an owner tries to register a unit for rent it would be rejected… It’s not difficult technology wise

      Look up the AQI maps for Thailand
