Highlights:
6:07: First appearance of the Highlander Reptiloid.
11:37: Trap room.
17:30: Fighting a bunch of Kleers is no fun when you can't see where they're coming from.
19:29: Another trap room.
23:28: Final room.
25:48: Trying to cross the bridge will break it and drop you into the water, taking you to level 6 (Oasis). Instead I trigger the hidden platform to get me over the water and reach the secret entrance to level 5, Moon Mountains.
Notes on the video:
I originally played and recorded these demos back in 2001, just after Serious Sam: The First Encounter was released. At the time I was an active member of the Serious Zone community site for Serious Sam fans, and was inspired by Dave Parson, who had posted his own set of Serious-mode complete-level playthroughs, so I recorded this set of demos of me doing the same.
The demos were originally uploaded to (and are still hosted on) the Serious Sam community site www.seriouszone... , now mostly defunct , but I'm now uploading these to RUclips because the original demo files required 1) that you actually have the game to play them, and 2) that you have the out-of-the-box, unpatched version of the game as well. If you had upgraded to the patched version of the game, several of the demos were unplayable past a certain point, so here you can see the levels played from start to finish as I originally recorded them.
Since the game has been remade in HD, almost no one plays the original Classic version of the game anymore, but I wanted these not to be lost to time.
