    I have x100 ultra of you its update has been cut and now watch is not turning on not charging..
    While charging simple on and off in screen... I need firm ware of this..

    Hi , I have X9 ultra max 4G , it’s really acceptable and I satisfaction , there is some point that can add to update , 1-more watch face 2-lock screen 3-wrist , however this watch is really prefect🙏👌🌹
