I mean at the end of the day, they didn’t choose to be famous at all. Their parents chose to make them child actors, but they became child actors of one of the biggest shows, propelling them into the wealth they have today.
I just saw an interview they did when Passport to Paris came out, they were thirteen-ish. They discussed that it was their first on screen kiss, but they both said it was not their first actual kiss. This quarantine has been so boring I took a trip down memory lane and watched just about all of their interviews lol
I spent years figuring it out in every movie they did lol. Here Ashley has her hair pulled tighter and is sitting closest to Ellen, therefore Mary Kate has the looser hairstyle and is farther from Ellen. Yw.
Also, Ashley's lips (at least her bottom lip) is fuller. When Mary-Kate smiles her top lip is thin. As they got older on Full House (the last 3 seasons) it's easier to tell them apart.

It seems like maybe they've had some work done on their faces, they have a similar look as older female celebrities such as Meg Ryan whose face really changed now that she's older. Well as they got older, they started getting anorexic. I think Ashley was the one that went full-out anorexia and eating disorder. So they started to look sick and pale. They don't look as cute as they did back in the Full House, Passport to Paris days. But everyone has to grow up, just wish they made better choices. They're still beautiful none the less but started having major health problems.

Ashley especially looks no where near even 40, heck there's photos of her after the Golden Globes just a couple of weeks ago and she looked 20 years old. Just because they dress older and wear darker makeup doesn't change how they naturally look, I see no wrinkles.

Hello Ellen, I love your show. I was hoping some people could see this. My 5 year old son has been playing music for only 2 months (drums, keyboards, guitars) and he did a song called “It’s time to party”. He's quite a little character and it would be great if a few people could see the video. I realize most people ignore comments, but I'm sure you'll get a kick out of it

Wow I was so shocked to see them doing a tv interview! I swear I haven't seen one in a long time. And I know MK has been doing some acting but I haven't really kept up with it. In definitely watching Ellen when it comes on today so I can see the whole interview. I love how they are doing what they love which is beauty and fashion but I would LOVE to see them act together again. I would love to see one big cheesy twin movie with them, Tia & Tamara, Dylan and cole sprouse and hell throw in Lindsay Lohan and make her work twice as hard just for the fun of it LOL.

It's so easy to tell them apart. Marykate seems more serious and mellow, while Ashley seems to be friendlier and more upbeat. I remember hearing how Marykate was often difficult to work with on Fullhouse. :P

Plot twist. . . . during this interview, Mary Kate was actually played by ashley, and ashley was played by Mary Kate. Once Ellen she convinced them they were acting, it was all smooth.

But my absolute favorite pair of sisters are Aly & AJ, they're not twins but they joke about how they're the only pair of twins that were born two years apart, even though they're not twins. Anyway, yeah as Mary-Kate and Ashley got older they became less appealing to the audience eye. They don't look cute and innocent, they look sick and pale. So yes they don't look all that great. Well as they got older, they started getting anorexic. I think Ashley was the one that went full-out anorexia and eating disorder. So they started to look sick and pale. They don't look as cute as they did back in the Full House, Passport to Paris days. But everyone has to grow up, just wish they made better choices. They're still beautiful none the less but started having major health problems.
