@@Amanda_downunder maybe, I don't know your transition period was to short or from your diet to carnivore without going through keto as middle passage. Or your body was not adapted, or you didn't eat enough animal fat. Maybe you didn't have much variety at the beginning🤷♂️. Now I am nearly 1 year into carnivore and before that, nearly 5-6 months of adaptation, experimentation and get use to it.
How is a plant base diet "healthy" when you need supplements to take it along. Yes you loose weight In any diet when you avoid process foods and drinks, seed oils and starchy food...we agree. But a plant base diet is not healthy in the long term
