Call of Duty’s biggest downfall is that its players have no confidence in the system. I see that your gameplay was slipping after you found out someone was cheating. Just a few days ago i learned about COD’s EOMM patents and since then i have been doing horrible and not wanting to play as much (i just got a PS5 and MW3 a month ago). Knowing that they can strategically change who you play against, which bullets do more damage, change your hitbox, and much more turns me tf off to this game.
this is the sole reason i switched to xdefiant. the no sbmm feels so natural and actually fun, even when you play against better players. not saying xdefiant is perfect or better than cod just saying why i switched. hoping bo6 changes their matchmaking system but from the sound of it i doubt it

You see a lot of people with aimbot and walls in ranked play. The best part is if you win against them, they can force disband the lobby and your win won't count.

I encounter the same thing almost every single game since hitting crim. I love ranked mp but I’ve honestly just completely quit and thinking about buying a ps5. You start winning and the lobby gets ddosed, they force the game mode to SnD so they win faster. Wish activisions anticheat team would be more on top of things
Honestly would advise against getting a PS5 now since we don't know what platforms will have a crossplay off option in black ops 6. Since it's owned by Microsoft now it's probably gonna be Xbox having the option so you'd be wasting your money!
It's such a commonly known thing in this game that once you hit crims, you can't even play MP without running into stacks of cheaters. It's extremely sad and pathetic! Everyone I know I'm crims and above says the same thing.
People sweat so hard on this game, it’s not an enjoyable, casual game anymore. Granted, I’m not the best player, I know that, but It used to be fun back in the days of WAW, MW2 etc.
That's why it's called Ranked play bro. You're not playing your casual play. Yea you'll run into sweats on pubs but it's not bad. But ppl will que into ranked and go in there with very little game sense and say how hard it is, which makes no sense to me.
Glad I’m not the only one experiencing this, rank seriously messes with my confidence. Sometimes I’m doing really well and other times everything I do is wrong and can’t win a gunfight.
The worst part is these types of people genuinely think they're good at the game. I've tried playing ranked but whenever i do my arms shake uncontrollably so its difficult to aim. It happens in pubs aswell. Im not sure if its a condition or just from adrenaline or whatever.
What’s really unbearable is when you run into a rank 42 gold 1 who’s on Xbox beaming you all game with a Zen. Then, he talks all his crap at the end of a 250-140 hardpoint game as if he’s not cheating after dropping 39 kills on you. It’s 🤡 ‘s like this that really make the game all the more irritating for me as a PS5 console player (I’m plat 2)

I've been playing rebirth due to all the cheating in US servers. I'm seeing less cheaters in a free to play mode. I don't think we've ever had a working anti cheat in cod.
People cheating in Plat + silver lobbies has given me enough reason to NOT even want to try ranked for this game. I got iridescent 3x in MW2 but cheaters are just flat out mindless in MW3.
I’m just here to say this. I literally just joined a match in ranked play, the match ended due to uneven teams. Once it backs out, it literally just gave me a -100 loss and suspended me for 30mins…. Idk if ranked play is just down or what?

If the cheaters are losing, they have been known to bail in order to force everyone to disband. I think the game is starting to just penalize everyone equally to try to stop the behavior. It's just stupid that it's punishing legit players.
I’ve been playing MW2019 for the past few days, it’s crazy how the new games go to 100 on those games but they manage to make sure I finish with less than 10 kills literally more time to play and less action. Also if I shoot first I win (of course the casual BR and sniper will put me down) but no exchanges that don’t make sense. It’s 2013 all over again, me asking my friends to come back to Black Ops 1 (Modern Warfare 1) 🤦🏽♂️
Problem is consol players have access to cheats too, most people that lied about it where either cheating or protecting people that where cheating. Dig into the machine learning software that's out, titan 2 etc. Na servers are rough on crossplay on/off, with them off i play iri/crims all day (ps5) and with it on i get jank lobbies. And a mixed bag on whether or not people are cheating. Dig into

Yes sir, the amount of cheaters on this game is insane and with aim assist being completely broken you its hard to tell whose legit and whose aim botting. I play keyboard and mouse too but i played a couple ranked matches with controller in diamond lobbies, kids were accusing me of aim botting... Like yeah its called aim assist its legit aim bot but when i play MnK ill never get that type of accusation maybe some salty kids will say I'm walling because of my snaps but man... Its exhausting.

If you are crims or above, it's a guarantee that your MP lobbies are full of cheaters. When there is an event every week along with KD/XP chasers, they swarm MP small map mosh.

I’m at the top of the leaderboard in 90% of my games because once you’re crim you’re better than 99% of the players in pubs regardless of SBMM. I got shadowbanned because I went against the same 4 stack (one of them even had a crim season 2 emblem) 3 times in a row. First game I go 89-8. I know that sounds insane but once I got my first swarm, that led to a DNA bomb, which led to another swarm and chopper gunner, which led to another. It just spiraled. The 2nd game I had top kills in the lobby but wasn’t as insane. 3rd game they got onto my team, I got 1 single kill then I got disconnected and then found out I’m shadowbanned. There was trash talk between us, I never said anything extremely bad outside of things like, “y’all are shit, y’all got shitted on 2 games in a row” etc, meanwhile they’re calling me a f**got, telling me to KMS, etc. I have the full 30 minute video of all games and all of this unfolding too but I can’t submit it anywhere to appeal my fucking ban even though I have PROOF I wasn’t cheating and they spam reported me because they’re dogshit at the game and got angry. Gotta keep the shit players happy and not have a “bad” time so they keep playing and buying those MTX’s I guess. 😀 I’ve offered to discord and share my screen of that video to anyone who opposes or called me a cheater as well. Of course no one took me up on it cuz they’re scared I’m telling the truth. I just recently started playing ranked resurrgence and same as you bro. All the way up to platinum 2 was fun for the most part, but have been stuck at plat 2 for over a week. Just cheaters absolutely everywhere.

Congrats on nearly making it back to Diamond! Most of the cheaters come out whenever you hit Crimson 1, which also explains why there's so many smurfs in lower ranks. I don't really play much ranked which is why im such a low level, but ive only ever seen like 5 legit kbm players in my games. Normally when there's an Iridescent kbm player they just rage hack, my newest video showcases loads of them that ive ran into since hitting crimson!

this game is basically unplayable on xbox because I am matched with PC players. if I turn off xplay, then I can only get into xbox lobbies which makes q times + ping go through the roof. i love this game but it has stopped me from playing.

Playing ranked play with cheats is like having a pro chef cook for you at a cooking competition. What's the point? You're not the one cooking. Ranked play is supposed to test your skills and ability to play the game. It's like claiming to save someone when all you did was ask superman to do it. Truly no meaning. What do hardcore cheaters even think about? Do they think they're better than everyone else? Perhaps they don't feel they can improve? Or because of the skill levels of the pros, perhaps they think everyone else is also hacking? I played as a quickscoper all my childhood. I didn't start playing auto weapons until mw3, yet from practice and changing my play style I'm able to get 40 kills per game. The only reason someone like me would hack is because they don't have the ability to adapt to new weapons. What goes on in their heads?
A lot of them get paid by legit players to boost them to high ranks, that's what ive seen most of the time. The fact they're making somewhat of a living from this is insane lmao

KBM Na player here, im alot higher ranked then you heading towards d1 at level 20 (played last season though so id be around ur level if not). It is playable But once you hit a streak is when you start getting put up against players that are way higher ranked then you, i hit a 5 streak yesterday as a plat 1 player and was playing nothing but diamonds so your servers are dead which means the high win streak players are likely cheating compared to mine where they are probably just stacking+comms.

@@eefan I’d imagine they’ll just add it to Xbox too, it would make sense. I heard Sony allows it in game but Microsoft doesn’t for some reason. I had a Series S but just recently upgraded to a PS5, you can still do it in Xbox setting so you aren’t forced too, queues will just be a little longer!
I’ve always been a controller player and I agree that the aim assist is way too strong in this game. Beyond low diamond is when people start to have 100% lock on aim no matter how close or far you are. I am all for having games be more dependent on tactics, but this is cod where your gun skill alone should be able to carry you quite a ways. Back from bo2 through bo4 all I had to do was have insane gun skill and I could make it to Master or whatever top rank there was. Now it’s a struggle against high diamonds and crimsons.

I play on pc and ps5 and aiming feels way easier on kbm compared to when i use my controller. Maybe my aim is just bad on controller idk but its way smoother and easier on kbm

Wz ranked once you are in the high diamond, crim and above lobbies there are so many cheaters smurfs boosters. It's actually insane. If you see an iri or top 250 in your lobby there is genuinely a 50 50 chance they are cheating

Ethan, people now can run hack software through their consoles and the cheat market for console has skyrocketed. AI can be calibrated now so the system sees it as legit and an accessibility thing. So people aren't banned. Anyone can cheat at any time on anything. Not to mention scripts through hardware too. It's just sad man. And this is coming from a Keeb and Mouse player.

i don't use aim trainers, i literally just play the game. back in MW2019, i used to shoot 150 recruit bots in shipment as a warmup everyday before i played and that's probably the extent of the training ive ever done lmao
Im crim 1 on pc and whe are playing four stack all the time. But this season u cant do this anymore. In snd there are often fullstack of aimboters. Sometimes if there is only one u can chall them with all 4 people and still get him but this is not how the game should work.... Wish i bought a ps5 Often the cheaters are bad players with walls and get gunned and then they turn on aimbot because they can't loose

At the beginning of your 2nd game I could obviously tell the level 3 was hacking the moment he got the double kill on you. It’s obvious that isn’t normal aim assist. I don’t understand how most players can’t tell what is and isn’t organically possible.
I've seen some pretty ridiculous aim assist from legit controller players so i always give the benefit of the doubt after their first couple kills on me. Obviously once they do that every time they kill me it's a different story, but i don't want to be reporting people left right and centre after one kill on me
It just makes the ranked experience so sad on pc. Even though it varies, the prevailing cheaters and sometimes the servers make it feel unrewarding at the end of such a session. But when you get to a proper close game in crim/iri, the feeling is undescribable.

They’re more than likely not cheating, I’m not saying there aren’t cheaters in ranked play because there 100% is some of them, however, they’re typically just high Crimson-Iridescent players in lower elos that have insane map knowledge and can shoot. Also, they more than likely play 10-14 hours a day so; as a former iridescent I can confirm most other iridescent players do not turn the game off. Also, in more than half of these clips, you’re challing predicable angles, running the same routes to break point, and over extending every time.
ive never been shadowbanned in this game, i got shadowbanned 7 times last year tho. most cheaters start appearing when you hit diamond, but there are still a decent amount in the lower ranks too. it's insane how many iri players are sat in spawn wallbanging you to boost a crimson console player lmao
rank play is sbmm. If u perform that good on gold lobbys it will test u against cheater. your level is just to low if u play more u will easy get to crimson.
@@eefan sr is based on ur intended skill devision. 450 sr is the highest so the game thinks ur made for crimson / iri. Every time a new season comes out player will be tested again. So for me when i hit crimson i had 3 week no cheater. First time i play after season 4 i played against top 250 cheater team 3 times in a row. There crimson lobbys which are worst than high sbmm plat. Thats why a rank doesn t tell u anything about the player in this game. My hardest time was silber/bronze where every second game someone was hacking :D

And I'm here still trying to get the mastery camo done. So I've literally not played Ranked, and I would love to. But If so I'd be solo queuing. I would play with people, but I don't even know callouts properly. so.
the only people 'cheating' on PS4 ranked are the ones with cronuses for no recoil and stuff like that, which is still easy to win against since this game has no recoil anyway lmao. I've always solo queued and never have teammates talk anyway so you shouldn't be discouraged by thinking you're bad!
@@eefan thank you I honestly appreciate it. It’s just a worry I always have and I would love to play Ranked, but I have a feeling I will probably not improve. Watching my gameplays back might help abit, but I highly doubt it. I rush too much, but I mostly use an MCW instead of a Striker. And rushing with an MCW is probably not the best due to it being an AR. My map control isn’t the best, basically every map I play I don’t know the rotations for HP or when to rotate even though the answers are all clear on RUclips videos that explain it. I watch RUclips to learn new stuff, but I become cocky when I hop on the game just to get absolutely shredded by people who are probably either new at the game, or just bad cod timing.
the kar nerf is coming in the midseason update, i really hope they nerf it into the ground instead of giving the usual nerf that barely doesn't anything.

I encounter the same thing almost every single game since hitting crim. I love ranked mp but I’ve honestly just completely quit and thinking about buying a ps5. You start winning and the lobby gets ddosed, they force the game mode to SnD so they win faster. Wish activisions anticheat team would be more on top of things
Honestly would advise against getting a PS5 now since we don't know what platforms will have a crossplay off option in black ops 6. Since it's owned by Microsoft now it's probably gonna be Xbox having the option so you'd be wasting your money!
It's such a commonly known thing in this game that once you hit crims, you can't even play MP without running into stacks of cheaters. It's extremely sad and pathetic! Everyone I know I'm crims and above says the same thing.
Currently Crim 1 in NA - there are days when its unplayable (4 stack purple flame T250 cheaters) and others when its much better so it varies by day

I've been playing rebirth due to all the cheating in US servers. I'm seeing less cheaters in a free to play mode. I don't think we've ever had a working anti cheat in cod.
yeah it's really odd, when i get iridescent in warzone last season we only ran into around 6 cheaters which is nothing compared to multiplayer ranked.

There are tons of cheaters in warzone. Besides aim bot and walls, they can eliminate footsteps without perks too.

I’m just here to say this. I literally just joined a match in ranked play, the match ended due to uneven teams. Once it backs out, it literally just gave me a -100 loss and suspended me for 30mins…. Idk if ranked play is just down or what?

If the cheaters are losing, they have been known to bail in order to force everyone to disband. I think the game is starting to just penalize everyone equally to try to stop the behavior. It's just stupid that it's punishing legit players.

I’ve been playing MW2019 for the past few days, it’s crazy how the new games go to 100 on those games but they manage to make sure I finish with less than 10 kills literally more time to play and less action. Also if I shoot first I win (of course the casual BR and sniper will put me down) but no exchanges that don’t make sense. It’s 2013 all over again, me asking my friends to come back to Black Ops 1 (Modern Warfare 1) 🤦🏽♂️

I play keyboard and mouse too but i played a couple ranked matches with controller in diamond lobbies, kids were accusing me of aim botting... Like yeah its called aim assist its legit aim bot but when i play MnK ill never get that type of accusation maybe some salty kids will say I'm walling because of my snaps but man... Its exhausting.

If you are crims or above, it's a guarantee that your MP lobbies are full of cheaters. When there is an event every week along with KD/XP chasers, they swarm MP small map mosh.

I’m at the top of the leaderboard in 90% of my games because once you’re crim you’re better than 99% of the players in pubs regardless of SBMM. I got shadowbanned because I went against the same 4 stack (one of them even had a crim season 2 emblem) 3 times in a row.
First game I go 89-8. I know that sounds insane but once I got my first swarm, that led to a DNA bomb, which led to another swarm and chopper gunner, which led to another. It just spiraled. The 2nd game I had top kills in the lobby but wasn’t as insane. 3rd game they got onto my team, I got 1 single kill then I got disconnected and then found out I’m shadowbanned.
There was trash talk between us, I never said anything extremely bad outside of things like, “y’all are shit, y’all got shitted on 2 games in a row” etc, meanwhile they’re calling me a f**got, telling me to KMS, etc. I have the full 30 minute video of all games and all of this unfolding too but I can’t submit it anywhere to appeal my fucking ban even though I have PROOF I wasn’t cheating and they spam reported me because they’re dogshit at the game and got angry. Gotta keep the shit players happy and not have a “bad” time so they keep playing and buying those MTX’s I guess. 😀
I’ve offered to discord and share my screen of that video to anyone who opposes or called me a cheater as well. Of course no one took me up on it cuz they’re scared I’m telling the truth. I don't really play much ranked which is why im such a low level, but ive only ever seen like 5 legit kbm players in my games. Normally when there's an Iridescent kbm player they just rage hack, my newest video showcases loads of them that ive ran into since hitting crimson!

Playing ranked play with cheats is like having a pro chef cook for you at a cooking competition. What's the point? You're not the one cooking. Ranked play is supposed to test your skills and ability to play the game. It's like claiming to save someone when all you did was ask superman to do it. Truly no meaning.
What do hardcore cheaters even think about? Do they think they're better than everyone else? Perhaps they don't feel they can improve? Or because of the skill levels of the pros, perhaps they think everyone else is also hacking? I played as a quickscoper all my childhood. I didn't start playing auto weapons until mw3, yet from practice and changing my play style I'm able to get 40 kills per game. The only reason someone like me would hack is because they don't have the ability to adapt to new weapons. What goes on in their heads?

KBM Na player here, im alot higher ranked then you heading towards d1 at level 20 (played last season though so id be around ur level if not). It is playable But once you hit a streak is when you start getting put up against players that are way higher ranked then you, i hit a 5 streak yesterday as a plat 1 player and was playing nothing but diamonds so your servers are dead which means the high win streak players are likely cheating compared to mine where they are probably just stacking+comms.

@@eefan I’d imagine they’ll just add it to Xbox too, it would make sense. I heard Sony allows it in game but Microsoft doesn’t for some reason. I had a Series S but just recently upgraded to a PS5, you can still do it in Xbox setting so you aren’t forced too, queues will just be a little longer!
I’ve always been a controller player and I agree that the aim assist is way too strong in this game. Beyond low diamond is when people start to have 100% lock on aim no matter how close or far you are. I am all for having games be more dependent on tactics, but this is cod where your gun skill alone should be able to carry you quite a ways. Back from bo2 through bo4 all I had to do was have insane gun skill and I could make it to Master or whatever top rank there was. Now it’s a struggle against high diamonds and crimsons.

Ethan, people now can run hack software through their consoles and the cheat market for console has skyrocketed. AI can be calibrated now so the system sees it as legit and an accessibility thing. So people aren't banned. Anyone can cheat at any time on anything. Not to mention scripts through hardware too. It's just sad man. And this is coming from a Keeb and Mouse player.

i don't use aim trainers, i literally just play the game. back in MW2019, i used to shoot 150 recruit bots in shipment as a warmup everyday before i played and that's probably the extent of the training ive ever done lmao
You dont need an aim trainer, practice your aim on the game because there are alot of factors that differs in a real game senario

If you play consloe you can turn of cross play and youll be able to play without hackers
at least there's a way to get less cheaters, but it kinda sucks for kbm players since the input lag on console is crazy compared to pc!

At the beginning of your 2nd game I could obviously tell the level 3 was hacking the moment he got the double kill on you. It’s obvious that isn’t normal aim assist. I don’t understand how most players can’t tell what is and isn’t organically possible.
I've seen some pretty ridiculous aim assist from legit controller players so i always give the benefit of the doubt after their first couple kills on me. Obviously once they do that every time they kill me it's a different story, but i don't want to be reporting people left right and centre after one kill on me

It just makes the ranked experience so sad on pc. Even though it varies, the prevailing cheaters and sometimes the servers make it feel unrewarding at the end of such a session. But when you get to a proper close game in crim/iri, the feeling is undescribable.

They’re more than likely not cheating, I’m not saying there aren’t cheaters in ranked play because there 100% is some of them, however, they’re typically just high Crimson-Iridescent players in lower elos that have insane map knowledge and can shoot. Also, they more than likely play 10-14 hours a day so; as a former iridescent I can confirm most other iridescent players do not turn the game off. Also, in more than half of these clips, you’re challing predicable angles, running the same routes to break point, and over extending every time.

ive never been shadowbanned in this game, i got shadowbanned 7 times last year tho.
most cheaters start appearing when you hit diamond, but there are still a decent amount in the lower ranks too. it's insane how many iri players are sat in spawn wallbanging you to boost a crimson console player lmao
rank play is sbmm. If u perform that good on gold lobbys it will test u against cheater. your level is just to low if u play more u will easy get to crimson.

@@eefan sr is based on ur intended skill devision. 450 sr is the highest so the game thinks ur made for crimson / iri. Every time a new season comes out player will be tested again. So for me when i hit crimson i had 3 week no cheater. First time i play after season 4 i played against top 250 cheater team 3 times in a row. There crimson lobbys which are worst than high sbmm plat. Thats why a rank doesn t tell u anything about the player in this game. My hardest time was silber/bronze where every second game someone was hacking :D
Let me guess, for ps4 players its still fine because theres no pc hackers? unless theres a way to hack within the ps4 lol. not tried ranked yet since I'm afraid of being called out for being bad. And I'm here still trying to get the mastery camo done. So I've literally not played Ranked, and I would love to. But If so I'd be solo queuing. I would play with people, but I don't even know callouts properly. so.
the only people 'cheating' on PS4 ranked are the ones with cronuses for no recoil and stuff like that, which is still easy to win against since this game has no recoil anyway lmao. I've always solo queued and never have teammates talk anyway so you shouldn't be discouraged by thinking you're bad!
@@eefan thank you I honestly appreciate it. It’s just a worry I always have and I would love to play Ranked, but I have a feeling I will probably not improve. Watching my gameplays back might help abit, but I highly doubt it. I rush too much, but I mostly use an MCW instead of a Striker. And rushing with an MCW is probably not the best due to it being an AR. My map control isn’t the best, basically every map I play I don’t know the rotations for HP or when to rotate even though the answers are all clear on RUclips videos that explain it.
I watch RUclips to learn new stuff, but I become cocky when I hop on the game just to get absolutely shredded by people who are probably either new at the game, or just bad cod timing.

I miss the days without crossplay, cause there were no cheaters in playstation. Now I have to play with controller against players with mouse and keyboards on pc and maybe cheating.
You can turn off crossplay on PlayStation in CoD settings
