Great returns, Brandon! That sets really coming along. I enjoy seeing the ones signed in pen. It feels more they signed it when they played. Thanks for sharing, I hope you and the family have a great weekend.
@@brandonstebbins7242 I am thinking he might have a last HR card in the 92 heroes set. I have the program and ticket from Ted’s last game, but I’m not sending that in the mail any time soon
Love the vintage The Athletics could be added to the obsolete team names,Expos,Senators,Indians.I heard that once they start playing in Vegas,They will have a total rebrand! Las Vegas Athletics just doesn't click The Raiders are different,They can play in any city And it will always sound right and their NFL films theme song will always be played(The Autumn Wind). You had that Fisher 1960's card! Any Cards from 1960's prior as we are talking about Obsolete Team named,The Senators became the Twins,The second Senators Team became the Rangers,Shout out to Chase! Then going back further to 1953,The St Louis Browns became the Orioles.Whats funny Sharpees became popular around 1975,can't be sure but one of the guys I got autographs with may of come up with using Sharpee on Cards,The old Bic Ball points were un reliable when getting IP Autos,There were the flair markers, but those didn't work either. We used the flairs to get index cards signed for players we didn't have cards for! Great Vintage and Great Content Thanks for sharing.Oh,Most of the photos taken on those vintage cards were taken at Shea Stadium and old Yankee stadium because Topps was located in NY.Today they are taken at Photo Day in Spring Training and usually the players put on a generic team jersey without even a number When Cleveland trained in Florida,The best day to get IP Autos was at Photo Day as all the players were accessible and it was before the games started being played,
I know it's sad that my A's are going to be on that list. I bet photo days are great for autographs. It must be fun being in Florida for spring training.
Good warning about Carbo, I sent him 3 cards, and he only returned 2 back signed. The problem is he kept the 1978 Topps which is the set I am working on.
I wrote Bernie a fan letter asking his signature around 1995 and he didn't sign my card but sent me like six pages about his recovery. I have to try him again now.
I did some auctions this afternoon and I had no idea why cards sold for what they sold. I guess I am not up to date on deceased/fee signers. Some were easy ttms to get, but I guess flagship cards sell well in a panic. You seem to find cards I don't have signed.
Wow bro, that Rick Wise inscription is awesome! So many great 1970 Topps returns. How many are you up to now? One of the best sets to get signed in my opinion. Love seeing these come back for your collection. Have a great weekend!

@henrys3629 yeah you'd be surprised for what some go for and it's not the ones you'd think.

Did you get the Bernie Carbo throw in card that he sends?
No I didn't get the bonus
