    Mine had a sensor at the bottom center of the radiator attached to the left side fan. This made the experience of pulling out the fan a bit more adventurous than your video showed. For those hitting that issue, it’s a 19 mm, and it’s pretty much impossible to get a wrench on it at an angle sufficient to break it loose so I had to pop the mounting bracket off the fan to get it out.

    I enjoy watching repair videos although I’m a seasoned DIY’er I seem to always see something new and that no spill funnel is great. It’s funny I’ve never seen one before now. I have 2 man garage fetishes funnels and flashlights! I hate spills and you can never have enough light.

    hey i have a 2005 pt crusier with the 2.4 in it i changed the timming belt for the second time and i am getting a p0016 code its in time i turned it 2 full turns and the marks are dead on!! so i changed the cam and crank sensor but still getting the code!! could it be a bad computer?

    Good job, but I would have used a new reservoir tank. That gunk could flake off and eventually clog the heater core.

    Might wanna kill music while ur talking. Use brake cleaner to get the gunk out of overflow tank, it works great.
