I love how real you are in your videos and showing people what you go through. I do not know if I have BPD but I have mood swings and other stuff. Either way your content is motivational and uplifting sometimes as I feel understood with what I feel whether I do just have depression/anxiety with a bit of mood swings haha. You give some good advice and you are quiet insightful with your thought/behavioural patterns.

aw thank you, that's such a lovely comment! I appreciate you saying that as all I want to do is be honest and show others a real representation of what some days can be like. I hope you're okay x

Oh one day at a time. Just wish the NHS would hurry up with the DBT therapy. 8 months on a waiting list seems like 16 months when dealing with BPD 😁

@@lollystar24 I completely relate! Waiting lists are so bad and such a test of strength for us to keep going till we're seen to. Sorry for such a late reply, my notifications are rubbish. I hope you've been seen to or heard something since your comment x

@@madelinerose9161 one phone call from the therapy team to say I'm definitely on the list. I wish the NHS would offer some medication for the emotional issues with BPD. I have about 5 extreme outbursts a day so a mood stabiliser would be nice, unfortunately I just keep getting told there is no medication for BPD. Im still fighting to survive though so I consider that winning.
      Hope you are doing well!!

@@lollystar24 I can tell you for a fact that the medication part isn't true as I'm on medication to help regulate my moods and they've helped a lot. I also know a lot of other people on meds with BPD so whoever has told you that is chatting bollocks. Perhaps ask the team you're due to work with or speak to a GP about being seen by a Psychiatrist as they'll be a lot more helpful in regards to medication. I feel your frustration, I hope they give you the help you need! x
