I think I was a little too rough on this new Elite backpack in the video. If you want a backpack that is super minimal and doesn’t hold a lot then this bag is actually really solid. I just personally wished it had more organization and better space management!

You should check out the Nyko Pixel Quest Arcade Kit. It's super dope and it's all made out of cardboard; just like Labo. I got mine in the mail today and am putting it together. It's $20, and I think it's worth it.

Nope they don’t make contact at all. There is a front pocket that these pins go into. Completely safe!

Hi, Out of every backpack you have tried what do you find the best for the Switch? I'm sort of debating between the Inateck, Aer Day and the Vori version of the backpack as I can't stand the giant red logo that advertises what's inside. Right now the backpack I use has multiple compartments but no inside holders so my stuff is just laid out at the bottom which I don't like. I like things nice and tidy. Anyway if you could let me know which is best would be great. Thank you.
Aer Day pack all the way. Even though it’s not specifically designed for that it does an incredible job! The dock fits perfectly at the bottom and there are tons of compartments. It can fit a lot 👌
Do you think you could use the newer one for some school stuff as well? Just like two text books.
Got mine a few days ago. Honestly, I love that Switch-Logo; it's not too big but still says "I have a Switch, wanna play?". And as far as I know, there were never any kind of robbing on open streets in my region, so I don't worry about that.

Where can I find the old obe
I have the older version and I love the fact that I can have all my switch accessories plus my laptop and iPad when I travel. I took off the switch logo as I’m a 50+ gamer and don’t want to seem like I’m holding on to my grandson’s backpack. Thank you for showing the one you use. I like that even better. I can toss in my latest crochet project and blend right in. 😆
I've been using the original bag as my daily bag for the last year and a half. I've really enjoyed all of the storage, but it is important to have a slim profile. I usually keep my games, controllers, switch, and my computer in it and so far it has held up really well. I think that I might replace it soon though. As you said it does seem like one of my straps might be starting to show some wear to it. I might have to check out your daily bag as my replacement. Totally feeling the minimalist feel to it.

I figured after a few years it would start to break down because that’s basically how all $30-40 bags are. But yes I definitely recommend you consider one of Aer’s bags. I really do love the Day Pack I have.

I've been using the old elite player bag for 4 years straight carrying my switch and it's accessories, my gaming laptop and other items from when I was still in college to personal items like clothes for trips and even taking it to work. Only just recently did it start to have some small exterior tears and zipper damage. This bag has gone through a lot and it's been worth every dollar I payed for it

That mesh back padding without air flow channel will get your bag sweaty very quickly, they could also have included an sternum strap
Yeah it would definitely have been nice if they added an air channel and a sternum strap. The bag I talked about at the end has both of those things though!

the first PDP backpack just recently got it and with all that compartment is amazing and sometimes you can find it on sale for like 26 bucks online so I can recommend that one and it always feels lite on your back with everything in it

I've been carrying the red logo version for the last three years. I love it. It has held up to heavy daily use. It's the best backpack I've ever owned.

Which backpack would you choose if you just want to take the Nintendo Switch with you or if you also want to take books with you. Or in other cases, the things that have been bought in the city should be transported home. Both backpacks also cost € 40.

Which is better old or new?
I have the PDP elite edition backpack and I love it. I don't have a laptop so I use that section of the backpack to put my Nintendo Switch dock, joy-cons, joy-con grip, straps and cables. I use the front pocket to store two pro controllers. I also like the elite backpack has room for a Switch travel case. Plus it's not flashy saying look I have a Nintendo Switch on me.

I own the original elite bp and I've been using it as my daily back pack to go to work, or to carry my Switch, already for 6 months. It's fantastic and can store everything I need and more, in such a splendid organized way. So when the new version from DPD came out I seriously though about upgrading, because since day one I also hated the red logo in front. But now THANKS to your video I know that I shall definitively not :D Anyway when I put the Switch in its dedicated compartment of my elite bp, it's always inside a protective case (that pocket looks solid but I see my Switch still too exposed and free inside it). So I use the case that comes inicluded with the Messenger Bag from PowerA ;)

Well with the Switch Lite you don’t carrying around a dock or extra Joycon or controllers, so any bag will work.

I’ve got the original Elite Backpack and it’s great.
However it’s also something I only use if I’m transporting my switch and a heap of accessories for events.
If I’m just taking my switch I throw it in a case and put that in my usual day bag.

I have my eye on the Peak Design Everyday Carry. Yeah, it's like 5 times more expensive, but the inside of it can be adjusted to whatever it is you're carrying. And you don't have that Switch logo on the front that screams "Steal me!"
That’s definitely a good choice. I’ve thought about that one too. But I finally decided on the Aer, I don’t regret it. A very solid bag!

Lowest I’ve seen them at retail is $50-60 but on OfferUp you can find them for around $40 brand new sometimes
I use the new bag, when I travel I really only have my switch/charger/pro controller
I use to travel often and it was perfect because I could hold all my work stuff along with my switch stuff, magic decks, Die boxes (pokeballs). I tend to travel lighter though 🤷🏻♂️

Which would be a better purchase, the Aer Day Pack ($125) or Tech Pack ($200)? They are both quite similar, but the Tech Pack has a lot more storage capacity. It's just that I'm not sure if it's worth $75 more over the Day Pack. Would like to get your opinion on it. Thanks dude and continue pumping out great content, we really enjoy it!
Thank you, I really appreciate it! And that’s a great question. I honestly like the Day Pack better it’s slimmer but it can still hold a ton of stuff. I say save the $75 and go for the Day Pack, but that’s just me.
I got the original Switch bag when it was on super sale. I avoided getting it when it first came out because the Switch was new and I didn't want to advertise I was carrying one around. Now I don't care, but I'm also an adult and don't really walk the streets anymore, so less chance of getting mugged if there ever was one.
OG Elite backpack is supreme. Your backpack is nice but im not fond of how stuff sits in the pockets it seems off to me. Good comparison video🤙🏻
