Throughout these 4 odd years of video creation I have shot the schezwan sauce recipe twice or thrice but I still wanted to make another video because my previous recipes have been a cross between the sauce and the chutney and I really wanted to do a desi chutney version which we all love! This one is a must must try and you would never buy a jar if you perfect this recipe in your own kitchen. Very simple ingredients are required and the preparation is very easy. The ingredients could be adjusted the second time when you make it because you will understand the taste preferences once you cook it for the first time. Cook with it, use it as a spread or a dip. It works in any recipe!

Until you utilize the chutney/sauce keep that oil on top of the sauce. It is a natural preservative and would help the sauce to stay good for longer. Yes you surely can use that oil as Chilli oil while cooking Chinese recipes. I love to use it in my noodles!
