It's a custom plugin/command_block + resource pack. And unfortunately no; while it is a local server (so I can run the plugin and showcase), there is not a public server for this because I do not plan on publishing this plugin to the public :( Also it's still in development so even if I choose to release it, it is very far from being published. there is an actually demon slayer mod called Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer). its really fun and has really high quality sword with multiple breathing techniques and a lot more. check it out
