I would like to bind a button that opens another widget/game mode for me. After The combat, It returns to The previous widget/another widget of My choice. IS that possible with functions And events? Sorry for asking, I'm in a hurry running to work right now.
It is possible using functions and events but a BPI might be better for this to be honest. So you would bind the creation of the widget via a button press and then click a button that would be for changing game modes. Then you would use a BPI to pass through some information to your game instance when it will perform the game mode change. Once thats complete you would just reload up the widget

@@ue5bpguru538 dialogue system to a combat menu widget(pokémon clone menu :) )
@@Aladius so for the most part you can do everything within the combat menus. But for the extra dialogues just swap out widgets.
Create new widget and add to view port. Once your dialogue is displayed. Remove all widgets and then create a new widget and add that to the view port 😁
You people really can't teach beginners because you can't take the time to show examples of the code in action in the viewport. 90% of UE RUclipsrs are like this. Visual scripting is mostly incomprehensible for the uninitiated if the scripts are not presented through examples.
I mean... Informational Guide.... is a bit of a give away 😅

@Giampaolo Mannucci i think you need to chill out friend 👌 i clearly didnt think it was that big of a deal when im just explaining what using this stuff is for. Its not a tutorial where im properly writing code its more of an informational tutorial.
