Hi! The Philips / Saeco Celsis Deluxe is al older model. They are currently replaced by the Xelsis Suprema series of Saeco. The Seaco Xelsis was expensive, but a great machine with many options and an easy to use touchscreen. I've never tried the Philips 5400, but looking at its functionalities I think its a bit overpriced. Also the taste of the espresso's and the quality of the milk foam is OK, but not great. I know this, because I've been using the Philips 2200 LatteGo and the 5400 has the same grinder and brewing group. Hope this helps. Good luck!
