I think Upwork has discontinued the RSS atom feed feature.

I did this but the RSS didn't open in a new tab it rather got downloaded as a file. What should I do?

Please let me know the format of the file that got downloaded.
If it's in .txt format you should be able to open the file with a notepad on your PC.
