I'd never buy a First Alert test again, the last two times I sent it off, they said they never got them and the second time I paid to send it registered post so I know they did - waste of money, which is why I'm going to buy my own device now.
I never had that issue first one I ever sent was prepaid postage and had a text with in 5 days telling me what my levels where I’ll try to get the name of my test for you
