They're having trouble with those stops. I assume Dave is coming back in differently than they're used to. I'm sure they'll work it out with more time.
Yes, finally someone noticed that too. I saw it on multiple videos he misses the beat during the solo for this song. I am sure is still learning these songs. He joined on a short notice.
Yeah...that's something I've always liked about Testament, their tightness as a band (not simply as individually talented musicians who just happen to play together but an actual cohesive unit, a well oiled machine). I'm confident Dave will quickly bring himself up to snuff; he's a bit rusty, perhaps, but I think he's the perfect man for the job. As a drummer, myself, I've honestly always enjoyed Lombardo's stuff with Testament as much as, if not more than, his Slayer material. I've always just been more into Testament's brand o' poison than speed kings Slayer.
@@bluefukingreene You may be at that age, where you're content enough to stand on the side of the stage and be happy shooting video of the band with your phone, but I still get out there and get my move on, on the floor. Songs like Electric Crown, won't do me any good. My $, my opinion...
@@mrt5342 how did you jump to that conclusion? all he said was look up the setlist, they played over the wall, into the pit, dnr, low, practice what you preach, new order, disciples of the watch, etc I was there it was like 15 songs from testament! Plus another hour and a half of the Exodus and Death Angel portion, you’re gonna be thrashing all night for sure man don’t worry
@@phantomlord5707 If that was a legitimate question, then my legitimate answer is simple, I didn't jump to anything, it was staring me in the face. Besides, my comment was addressed to the band, not bluefukingreene, or Phantom Lord.
No disrespect to any fans… but TESTAMENT is MILES AND MILES better than Anthrax or Exodus! The Big 4 should have included Testament, or at the least been called the Big 5! TESTAMENT has ridiculous talent on all sides, way more likable music and a couple albums at minimum that play front to back perfectly, like PRACTICE does! All Hail TESTAMENT! Met the guys finally, playing with Paul Bostoph on drums, and the entire band was so fucking cool! Hung out after, burned one, Eric handed me the setlist, got all my shit signed… legendary band and all of them are down to Earth! Can’t wait to see the boys in Detroit in one month!
Fenomenal!!!! Dave is perfect drums on Testament
I couldn't agree more🤟🤟
Dave Lombardo doing everyone’s tours! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Man, Lombardo is awesome!
Crazy to think he was just gonna play for the recording of Dark roots. I’m so glad he stayed and toured
Yeah, i've always hoped he joined this band again one day🤟🤟
Great performance. Its so great to hear Dave back in Testament. The Gathering was one of those landmark albums for me.

Agree 100% !!!
Agree ✔️
Agree. Agree. Agree. These guys inspire the shit out of all the metal heads in TEXAS !!! Can't get enough Chuckie !!
A walk in the park this tune for D.L.
Not at all...he seems to struggle with the stops. He needs more time to learn the songs.
Did Skoly D open the show? Testament B leaguers, legendary thrash band
Yeeah! Alex Skolnik is the best lead guitar player of thrash metal!
