- Below are the commands which you can use:
(CAUTION IT WILL DELETE ALL YOUR DATA ON SD CARD OR USB DRIVE SO PROCEED ONLY IF YOU ARE OK WITH LOOSING DATA)
1- Diskpart
2- List Disk
3- Select Disk 1 (Choose the correct number based on your computer)
4- Clean
5- Create Partition primary
6 - Active
7- Select Partition 1
8 - Format fs=fat32 ( you can also use NTFS instead of fat32)

I have tried many video process to repair corrupted pendrive but nothing resolve my problem but your video resolve my problem. Thanks for uploading this video.
I had a 4 GB corrupted memory card, when using command diskpart it shows 2 disks -
Disk 0 & disk 1, out which Disk 0 is my hard disk while disk 1 is showing size of 1335 Gb n free space 0B.
Now after selecting Disk 1 & cleaning When i use command 'disk partition primary' it says-
No usable free extent could be found. It may be that there is insufficient
free space to create a partition at the specified size and offset. Specify
different size and offset values or don't specify either to create the
maximum sized partition. It may be that the disk is partitioned using the MBR disk
partitioning format and the disk contains either 4 primary partitions, (no
more partitions may be created), or 3 primary partitions and one extended
partition, (only logical drives may be created)
So help me how to fix it

Here i formated my sandisk 16 gb pen drive successfully following your command. But the pen drive is not visible in my computer. It can be shown by Device manager only, even system recognized it when i plugged in & off but not visible.

+roshan kumar Try this. Go to run type compmgmt.msc. see if your usb shows here. If yes then check it has drive letter. If no drive letter then right click on it and give it drive letter which is not assigned to any other drive.

First i followed the command as shared in this video & formatted my pen drive successfully.
But still i was unable to access my pen drive as this was not visible on my computer.
Then i followed you second command shared on this trail.
- I gone to run & typed compmgmt.msc & found my pen drive under the storage.
- Then i right clicked on the my drive & selected "Change Drive Letter and Path.etc"
- I found there was no drive letter assigned for this drive.
- Then i selected a latter "J" that was not assigned to any drive.
And after all this heavy things finally my pen pen drive is now visible.

Please try command couple of times. If there is any error message then please check what is it. If the error message is that no usable memory. I have given solution for it. Please check comments below you will find your answer. if it is some thing else or it gives error related to hardware then this method will not solve the issue.
agar "clean" command na chale to, can we directly run the "format" command
