Cool wildcard but Wait a second Bhargav is the organizer and also the judge of the competition and he has mixed the audio of this wildcard and as we know that audio mixing will also be judged so technically bhargav will judge his own work 🤔🤔
he only really listens to a bit of it, like 10 seconds to know the general sound of the audio, it would be an area that has a good balance of highs, mids and lows and from there he'll know what to do. he probably doesn't know the rest of the wildcard
there was only 1 category in the judging for audio, which was a combo of mix + recording quality. True this is a bit of an issue having me judge the audio as well as mix it, but the judging for the audio portion was done accordingly. To me, this IS a 10/10 mix because it was recorded amazingly too, whilst a wildcard like Ya$h's falls only slightly short in the recording quality department because the mic he used was good, don't get me wrong, but not as good as a SM7b/db or even an SM58. I even mixed phone audio wildcards and those got their scores according to how well they were recorded and final output of how good can an audio engineer get it to sound. The score sheet is up right now, with detailed scores on all categories I used to judge the wildcards, so go check that out too✌🏻. Hope this solves your doubts🫶
