Sorta, depends on which State. If it's a Democrat state, police won't come and their hands are tied behind their back. Politics will prevent police from doing their job. The situation in U.S. is fast deteriorating as we get closer to the November presidential elections.
If it was a republican run state, police will come but whether they round up the looters or not is a different story. In the U.S. looters don't sit around and eat and drink the food. They steal everything and run off with it.

Sorry David but this a very misleading video, ironically you promote Ground News that should have informed you. The very ending of the video should have been the start of it. As you should well know there have been many supermarkets that have closed down unexpectedly and the people that had paid memberships, meaning money in their accounts, got left out to dry. So when the rumor started the people didn't want to lose their account money so they took iy upon themselves to even up the score. I'm not condoning it, but once burned twice shy, right? The chives are sick and tired of being harvested either by the Government of big corporations.
