PD makes changes for RP purposes and wants to recruit people that have "character". here comes a cop that actually has character and fires him. so what do you want? robocops or cops with character? you know the bike riding meme that the kid pushes a stick through the front bike tire and then cries about it when he fall? yeah that's the PD.
There's a way to do both. Being a shitlord cop who sucks at actually being a cop makes complete sense. Carmine is a great character, but he's trash as a cop.

He breaks laws, insubordinate, violates protected amendments, improperly does reports. At least Baas said he can make another cop character and get hired, or wait the 30 days but ic Baas has almost no other option. Now other cops are awful, but nobody gets as many strikes and warnings as frequently as Carmine.

There's absolutely no reason for carmine to have to start again..... It's also rich coming from baas the last time he roleplayed he wasn't a commissioner!

And that’s extremely unfair to Baas to say he doesn’t roleplay anymore. As the commissioner he doesn’t have time for his own arcs anymore, he hardly has time to react to clips. His phone goes off non-stop and he’s in meetings non-stop. Saab still roleplays but he just doesn’t really have any arcs
I find it super funny how baas says they want quality over quantity but every cop that isn't a robot gets fired and every cop that is a robot gets promoted. The pd is the blind and dumb leading the even more blind and dumb and the most funny thing is a lot of these streamers think they're actually cops.
