I mailed my Streamlight into the company for repair. Like it was blue when I bought it and now grey metal beat to heck. They emailed a number to track yhe process, an within a couple weeks I had a brand new one. Not a problem to wait as I own a few of the small ones
God knows we have enough lights🙄😂🤣 Some inexpensive ones I love, some expensive ones I rarely use.. seems like no matter what brand, batteries are always the reason for failure. Doesn't matter what brand batteries either.. they all seep a little after a few months and make a mess!! We've had good luck with the rechargeable lights though.

In most major city’s they tend to have a repair center, but most times they just swap them out

The warranty for me has been Iron Clad
