Like many of the posters on a number of clips, Holly was my favorite. Very sweet and her being a bit of a klutz at times (her fights with Gibson appliances) just added to the charm.

Dian certainly had no qualms about flirting with Barker after his wife passed & he became single... frequently touching his shoulder or hand on camera in many clips.

I think Jan's remark about Holly was catty. I think the other girls were envious of Holly's popularity with the male viewers. Eat your hearts out Jan and Diane! Holly had beauty both on the outside, and inside.
Define sexual harassment. Our society has gotten so uptight that every comment and even some fun-loving naughty ones have to be sent to the next lawyer for a lawsuit. I've had women kiss me. Hug me. And even pinch my butt. You don't see me running to court. Women especially need to relax and enjoy life and not be so uptight. I'm flattered by "any" attention from women.
The problem is the laws have been written so that a woman is motivated to cry "crocodile tears" about how a man put his hand on her shoulder at work to try to extract cash from the company. It's a sick system.
@@jedijones FYI, Holly didn't sue Bob for sexual harassment. He sued her, and then she countersued. You have to countersue, otherwise you can't get a lawyer to take your case. She countersued Bob for age, weight and medical discrimination, wrongful termination, and malicious prosecution. Your precious Dian is the one who sued Barker for sexual harassment, not Holly! You got an answer for that?
She probably started a relationship with him hoping she would become his trophy wife. Then when he wasn't interested in the long-term commitment she was hurt and lashed out at him with the lawsuit.
But it's important to note that according to press releases at the time, he had signed a 5 year extension to his contract about a year before his sudden announcement of his retirement. Seems unlikely he would have done that if he was really planning to retire. No, I'm confident the retirement idea was theirs, not his. He was costing them too much in lawsuit settlements, and they were tired of it!
Maybe Joy from 10 chances got him to decide to retire..."GO JOY GO...OR YOU'LL LOSE YOUR TURN!! YOU USED THE 1 TWICE JOY!!" Looked like he aged 10 years after she won
I hate the game that lady just played!!! After hearing Holly say she could pay off her mortgage in a few years, after the show Bob proposed to pay it off if she came over to his ranch so he could piggy back her around the house!!!
