  • The best cheesecake according to grandma's recipe. The perfect combination of quark, chocolate and cherries. Fast and easy! The perfect cheesecake that you'll love right away. Tasty recipe! I have never eaten such delicious cheesecake. Fantastic cake recipe with cottage cheese, chocolate and cherries. You will be surprised how easy and delicious a cake can be. This cake is driving the world crazy because it's delicious. As a result, a very beautiful and tasty dessert will appear on the table!!! Follow everything as in the video recipe and you will succeed.
    Ingredients:
    For dough:
    250g (8.82 oz.) flour
    A pinch of salt
    80g (2.82 oz.) sugar
    1 teaspoon Baking powder
    30g (1.06 oz.) cocoa
    120g (4.23 oz.) melted butter
    1 egg
    For jam:
    1 jar of sour cherries 680g (24.00 oz.)
    37g (1.30 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Pudding (1 packet)
    For cheese mass:
    100g (3.53 oz.) softened butter
    100g (3.53 oz.) sugar
    16g (0.56 oz.) vanilla sugar
    4 eggs
    600g (21.17 oz.) cream cheese
    40g (1.41 oz.) cornstarch
    100g (3.53 oz.) sour cream
    For glaze:
    100g (3.53 oz.) chocolate
    80ml (2.70 fl oz.) cream 33% fat
    Baking pan 24cm
    Bake at 180℃ (356℉) in a preheated oven for about 80 minutes, then leave in the oven with the door open for another 30 minutes.
    Leave the cake in the fridge overnight.
