@pukkapeter bad take, u still got time to delete this🤣 but seriously if we talkin straight punchlines then yeah nine&dex got it, but their punchline rappers so thats a given but Bugzy Malone is a story telling rapper, high level punchlines isn't what storytelling is about. it's more about painting a picture, giving the listener a "Window" into different situations/lifestyles. So to compare lyrical abilities against one another just becomes about what u value more as a listener.

There's loads out there that can and do do what Bugsy does (yeah I wrote 'do do', stop laughing 😂) but there's not many that can do what nine&dex can do. Bearing in mind they're the ones helping Pete & Bas come up with the genius bars they've been spitting. It's the highest level. Story telling, yes bugsy much higher rating than 3. My goats are rappers that do what others haven't , example Doggystyle, absolutely unique, whole dog theme, lyrically top notch start to finish, story telling top, 10, 10, 10
