London’s Air Ambulance Charity needs to raise £15 million by 2024 to replace its current helicopter fleet. We’re reliant on London’s support to continue to save the lives of the most critically injured, lives like Claire’s.
During the evening of 25 July 2020, while Claire was asleep on the sofa, her partner at the time stabbed her eight times. With incredible bravery and ingenuity, once the man had fled the scene, Claire’s daughter called 999 and London’s Air Ambulance was dispatched to the scene immediately, delivering hospital-level care when time was critical.
