The original reason Pogacar wasn't going to do the Vuelta was because of the Olympics. I believe what you say about the podcast, but it's still revisionist history, no matter who said it. Almeida😢😢😢
I wonder if Primoz is gonna crash in one of his Ro-glitches.
Kuss out of the top 10 as predicted. Will Roglic have a bad day? Will he crash ? Will any GC contender go into breakaways ?
Only in this part of the world did the heat beat me down one day in a race
Suffocating heat in this area
Rrrrrampas.
If tadej was here he would destroy everyone
Vlasov going with the nuclear option lol.
The number of commenters here who don't understand the in-jokes is astounding. Get up to speed you people!
5* weak foot 👌🏻
Cat 3 climb ? That’s seriously steep.
Yea he way they grade these climbs is a joke. Its never consistent grading. What deserves to be cat 1 or 2 gets called a cat 3 and even cat 2 or 3 should be a cat 4 sometimes. It's really all over the place

Big Ben's clock is beginning to tick. Time is fast approaching! Ben is wearing red and is IN the red!
Carlton Kirby, is this you?
@@smeetsnoud1 EuroSPLAT!
Ben knows his time is borrowed. He said 3 things in his in his post race interview after the win that screamed he knows he won't keep it
1) I was t thinking about my GC position once on this stage
2) I'll pay for this in the days to come
3)savour the moment
All those things say "I don't stand a chance"

@@kennykaniff he said he NEVER came here to win, but it is what it is
If he doesnt win this vuelta im gonna think connor another krusjik with the giro
Pogacar staying away from the Vuelta to give these guys a chance at leadership (per G's podcast)... is such a waste when you see how badly they're performing.
The original reason Pogacar wasn't going to do the Vuelta was because of the Olympics. I believe what you say about the podcast, but it's still revisionist history, no matter who said it. At no point in the season was he pencilled in for the Vuelta, and it had nothing to do with teaching his team leadership.
Not the reason. Pogi wants the Worlds.
Don't think bb wil win
Sepp kuss where?
Everyone was RogliFRIED🍗🍗🍗
Oh no! A crash? Now Kuss is Sepp-erated from the pack.
😛
😑
He wasn't going to win this thing anyway. I never even expected a podium from him. He's had a shitty season and not on form at all
🤘🏻🏴
@@kennykaniff he's never gonna win any grand tour ever again
@@savagepro9060 I believe you're right. The way he won La Vuelta last year was a fluke anyway. Visma is SOOO ruthless and cut throat!! They don't care how they treat their riders. They are heartless over at that team!! I really wish Sepp would leave that team. He's done SOOOO much for them and they don't give him the respect he deserves. He could possibly be the sole reason they have been so successful with the Grand Tours. He's such a selfless rider and they do NOT give him enough credit or respect. The way they treat their riders at Visma is the main reason I don't like that team. They are TOO ruthless!!! They don't care how they win or at what cost or at WHO'S cost!!!

What’s up with Patrick pronouncing Yates ‘Jates’
If you're Ag2r why follow Israel PT riders? Let those riders drift off the front
Gall was not doing a great job in my opinion. He was pacing too fast for Ben and then left him behind.
Then Ben should have told him to go slower. In fact, I think Gall can't save O'Connor tomorrow and Ben will lose minutes.
I think gall should from now on ride for his own gc. Because if not, they risk to both drop out of GC together
@@raphaelovicstrassovic9440 I agree with this, Gall has looked very strong on the climbs so far, at least to me, and I think when O'Connor dropped so early it was clear that he didn't have the legs to hold his lead at all
Agreed. Still 4 minutes up. In the red jersey. And already deemed out of contention by your teammates? If so, that's harsh.
Why is he calling Yates, Jaytes?
would like to know that too. probably just for the Vuelta as in Spanish it would Jates
I think he lives in Andalucia, where Y’s are J’s.
He does that for some different riders, seems it's just some sort of inside joke
@@oxey_Remco…. EEEEEEEvenopoel
yes, he's poking fun at the Spanish pronunciation of the name.
Piss poor performance by Visma.
And I'm pleasently surpriced that Skjelmose is looking quite good.
Unfortunately Ben is not mentally strong enough and too emotional to be a real A level GC rider
why does LR say Jates?
Australian lisp
Adam J Yates = Jates . To separate him from his twin Simon Phillippé

Tell that to Pog. He blows his nose at everything . LOL I bloody loved it when he passed Jonas and 10 meters in front of him blew his nose. I cried laughing.
New name: Primoz Roglic to Pretty Much Rogue-Lish
Roglic can only win in a field of shitters. Picking out a GT with the weakest field. He has been finished for 3-4 years now
Did Vlasov do that on purpose to disrupt Kuss and Wout and others?
Wout wasn't even in that group. Who is going to risk a major injury falling on purpose just to hold on someone else? That's a nonsense..
@@МаргаритаСтоянова-з7з you are correct, that was Uijtdebroeks that Vlasov also took down with Kuss I believe, not Wout. My mistake. It's not crazy to suggest that someone might try dirty tactics. Been going on in cycling as long as it has existed as a sport. Kuss and his teammates burned all their energy closing the 30 sec gap that Vlasov's crash caused as the roads were very steep. And Vlasov went down right when the road was 20% and Roglic attacked.
@@МаргаритаСтоянова-з7з in case you haven't noticed, cycling is a sketchy sport. I love cycling and I've followed it for decades. But I have to be honest. Whether it's riders getting preferential tow from camera motorcycle, some riders going unpunished for sticky bottles and hanging on to cars for long periods, organizers allowing the service car train to cross the finish line (instead of pulling them out early), etc etc.
